The way I was treated at this establishment...idk why. But it was terrible. No one should be treated in such a way. All of my family has already agreed to not visit this establishment and I plan on having more people do the same.

I came on the weekend with my partner and order nachos with no meat to go. We got a few sauces from the sauce bar to go as well. The service was great, fast, and kind. The nachos were so good! Loved them! Loved them so much that on the Monday following that weekend, I went to order nachos again.

It was that visit and experience where everything went south.

I ordered nachos to go which was a long process because the woman taking the order hardly spoke any English and was all around irritated with me from the start.

I walk over to the sauce bar and get 3 sauces. I asked for tops for the sauces and another employee tells me "it's for to go only" to which I replied "I am to go" and then she said "oh no, it's only for inside" I proceed to explain to her that I was there this weekend and received tops for my sauces to go. She then tells me that they don't have tops. To which again, I tell her that I was given tops previously.

She then walks to the back and comes back with sandwich bags to hand to me. I literally said to her "do you expect me to close these sauces with this bag?" At this point I'm upset, and what I should have done was cancel my order but I didn't. I stayed and continued to try and figure out what was going on. She continued to tell me that they didn't have tops to the sauces, only tops for their to go sauces, which are the same damn size!! She then brings me to go sauces!! Idk why!! I ended up taking the top off of the to go sauces and putting it on my sauce.

Severely overpriced. It is extremely rare I write a negative review it really takes something special to tick me off and this place did it. I just walked in here to get some breakfast ordered a taco combo plate. I was expecting all the usual things that come with a taco combo three tacos rice beans and a drink. I got three tacos and a drink for $17.50! Tiny little street style tacos. 12 bites total, I was so mad I counted literally 12 bites. I don't even think millionaires pay much money for their food. All that being said I cannot deny, they were the best tacos I have ever had in my life and the only reason I do not like them is it extremely expensive. The multiple advertisements on windows showing pictures of giant plates of food for $9.99, really added to my dismay as I sit here $17.50 poorer with 12 bites of food. I could understand paying this much money at a fancy restaurant on a date, But not in some fast food style restaurant with slippery floors and loud music blaring. Went there this evening to grab my mother and son dinner and went thru drive thru since I had my pup in the car with me and it’s 74 degrees. Ordered $47 worth of food plus a $5 tip. Checked my order in parking lot and they forgot my chips and salsa so I had to go in and wait to get it leaving my pup in the car (which was what I was trying to avoid) The pollo con creama had good flavor but very watery and not a lot of chicken or mushrooms mostly onions, the carnitas combo was good no complaints there, the steak tacos I ordered were actually all fish so that was completely a waste. For the money I spent I do not think we got what we paid for literally and figuratively. Maybe if I spoke Spanish this would have been a better experience as the young lady taking my order didn’t really understand me so I was repeating myself a lot, hence my checking order after receiving it.
