Taqueria El Cinco de Mayo Food Truck #2 — Restaurant in Kent

This is the only taco truck I’ve been to so far around Seattle that I’d actually go back to. I moved up here from California and have been struggling to find a good carnitas burrito- this place did a pretty solid job! A California 7 but a Washington 8.5. This place was SO GOOD. I got a plate of 5 tacos and all the meats were super flavorful and perfectly prepared, especially the lenguage. Great salsas. The icing on the cake were the pickled veggies on the side. I was obsessed with the pickled carrot. Horchata was pretty sweet for my taste but my husband loved it. Definitely would recommend...
