YITAHOME — Local services in Kent

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a YITAHOME patio set through Wayfair, and the whole thing was a MESS from start to finish. Firstly I when I took the parts out of the box, hardware scattered EVERYWHERE. The envelope the screws, washers, etc came in had clearly ripped and been hastily taped shut, but whoever taped it left huge gaps unsealed so anything loose was shaken out in transit. The matter of putting together was a whole ordeal, the instructions were just pictures, and you needed a magnifying glass to interpret what was the right way, plus half the wicker would be covering where to attach the screws, pinching your fingers with every turn of the damned Allen key.

Lastly, the final step was a canopy for the patio daybed… the very last part to install was a gas spring so the canopy stays together and folds open and closed. Would’ve been very cute EXCEPT the gas springs were DEFECTIVE so I did all the incredibly frustrating work of putting this together only to not be able to finish it. I paid Wayfair just shy of $1,000, and because I bought it in winter (naively assuming nothing would be wrong, as there were no written reviews at the time), it’s past their MEASLY 30 day return (or any help whatsoever) policy. Since they won’t help me, I WILL be taking this issue to YITAHOME. I brought a greenhouse from YATI LLC in April of this year and took delivery around the end of the month and started building my foundation for my greenhouse house which took a little longer than I expected it to so once I got the foundation done and started building my greenhouse I found the gutters to my greenhouse where damaged so I contacted the customer service and sent them some pictures of the damaged gutters and was told by the representative that they would replace them with in 15 to 25 days so by the end of July they never got back to me, so I have contacted them on several times and they finally said that the parts that I needed are no longer available and they would offer me a refund of 200 dollars and said that it would take 2 to 3 business days so when I never received the refund I called them and was told since my order was outside 90 days that they could only refund the money thur a PayPal account which I don’t have. So I have asked them to send the money to my eBay account and to me by a check and they said that they cannot and the only Way is thur a PayPal account. So I don’t know if I will ever get my money from them and now I have to find greenhouse gutters and it seems that nobody sells them so I don’t know what I am going to do with a greenhouse that has no gutters for drainage. Will never purchase from this site again. I ordered a bumper for my Jeep and it indicated that the wiring harness was included with product. When the bumper arrived, it did not have harness, I contacted customer service and even provided proof in the website where it stated the wiring harness was included. The Customer service rep, Nancy, for Yitamotor responded that the "wiring harness" was the short wires coming from each light. She lied to cover the company's mistake hoping I'm ignorant enough to believe it.
