Called in late on a Friday afternoon to discuss issue I experienced with audio output. Individual I called took information and created a ticket plus explained issue would be referred to a knowledgeable person to address. I had a message on Sunday acknowledging receipt of information and asking about best time to connect the following Monday. The individual assigned to the ticket, Nicole, promptly connected at the prearranged time and quickly diagnosed the issue and root cause. She subsequently found information about how to address the issue and worked with me not only to implement the fix, but to make sure the course of action really fixed the problem....
Read moreI am not having any luck getting real service. Two of my last three service tickets i fixed the issue myself after bieng told that there was no way to fix it. They remote onto my computer and ran unlicensed software on two occasions. Since they are using trial or free software, they can only detect the issues. Then they leave after telling what the problem is and I have to do the work to fix it. The last ticket they used a trial version of a program Ccleaner that is listed as Spyware and left it installed on my computer. Overall just very poor understanding of me...
