I believe anyone with a disability to avoid shopping in this store, and other Walgreen stores. Very anti Americans with Disabilities Act. No carts designed and available to aid those with mobility problems with shopping. No stools to sit on while staff figures out your order at check out and you are writhing in pain. No help from staff with shopping as needed. The carts they do have are way too small to hold the larger items purchased with my over the counter health care card. I have to stop the teetering tower of products from falling on the floor while pushing the cart to the checkout. The staff are to busy to help. Upon review of the Internet and Walgreens overall response to those with disability, it appears as if a few more lawsuits are warranted. The ADA dates back to 1993. I'm on my way to learn why my health insurance has contracted with Walgreens for OTC products. Happily will move on from United Health Care if it's all they can offer. Then onto the DOJs civil right...
Read moreOn 09/05/24 I went in to pick up my photos and to say the least was very disappointed in the quality of the photos. I ordered single magnet photos which were priced at $3.99 each. Each photo had white lines running through them yet the actual photos I provided were clear. When I mentioned my disappointment to the lady at the photo counter named Bella she said that because the pictures were magnets that they would be pixelated. I told her I’ve ordered plenty of magnet photos before and they were all very clear and vibrant. Very rudely she says, “ You don’t have to buy them” and then proceeds to pick up the photos and place them back in the packaging, before I could even make the decision if I wanted to buy them or not. She says it was her 1st day working there and with that attitude she’s not going...
Read moreThe pharmacy staff is extremely incompetent and rude. I've had to call multiple times to get an update. Two different times they have failed to let me know they didn't have an inhaler in. They didn't think it was important to call the patient and give them the option of transferring it? Obviously, it's an inhaler, I need it. They couldn't apologize or help me find it somewhere else. I'm beyond upset because the first time it happened, I was super patient and understanding, thought maybe they were just busy but then they did it again. Couldn't even pretend to care when I'm upset. They didn't call me to tell me I'd have to wait another 3 days. I've already waited 3 days. Do not expect them to call you if anything is delayed or any issues with the...
