He knew his mattress’s and even helped me with an experience I had in a S.A., store and helped me recall the mattress they had that his store did not. So we went on then a picked the Royal Royce of matched mattresses with the very best in adjustable supports for the mattress to rest on. !!!! I cannot believe i was treated in SUCH A POOR MANNER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! upon walking in, my husband and I were greeted. I told the only worker there we were looking for a new bed. He suggested we start off looking at the 3 black ones towards your right, while looking, i said we are looking for a king, he said “i know!” Very rudely, i said “oh, you know????” And he proceeded to say, well i dont but just look at these. While looking at them, he said “you know you need to lay on them right?” I said, “mmmm, actually these aren’t in our price range” he RUDELY, RUDELY, said “ok I didn’t ask” …. I looked at him like ????? What????? Then i told him, I KNOW YOU DIDNT ASK, IM TELLING YOU. He proceeds to be rude, and i told him, ive had enough, i dont need your help. And walked out. NEVER EVER, have i been treated in such a manner, he seemed racist, I dont recommend this place at all....

Just left mattress firm in Kerrville, Texas. Was extremely satisfied with the service the Mattress Firm sales representative Marc gave me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for and our needs and we were looking for a certain mattress. He never once tried to sell us a mattress we did not want or try to sell us an expensive mattress.
