Prices high but all physical stores are high compared to online. One specific man there is super nice, cleaned my vape even had lots of knowledge and was kind sharing helping me out. One particular man isent so nice but still beats other store I visited by a million. I wish I knew nice ones name n when his hours are I miss him everyime. It's stupid kerr (grew up in Dallas where ethnic diversity exists haha) so I'm afraid to describe him haha!! All these places gotta mark prices up I understand. Other store I tried today left me in tears so rude....he was way too sweet to girly came in while I was there apparently irritating owner by wanting to not spend 18 on bottle I didn't like. Least this place sells real stuff even suggested cotton so I could redo my own. Def best one...

Well I'd like to say that I still love this place but I unfortunately have to say that the last time I left the one in Bandera I was in tears due to the staff member not knowing how to execute her job the right way she couldn't change out a coil and she kept making the same mistake that being said I tried to help her and she wouldn't allow me to help and therefore I got a guilt trip and an attitude because the cost of the coil she kept burning we're coming out of her pocket I'd like to think I've been a good customer to vape 8ight don't usually throw around how I know people but my dad knows the owner so I would have thought that maybe I was a valued customer but I don't think any more than I am I wonder...

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I went there this morning to fix my broken glass from last night. I kinda figured I’d have to buy a new auptomizer as I did night buy mine here. Instead of the typical “ya we do t have that glass sorry you have to spend $50 on a new kit” the extremely friendly owner spent about 20 minutes trying to find the right type of glass. Yes they have that much replacement glass!

They have 220 flavors of juice 55 different types of Mods 60 billion types of replacement glass The #1 vape store I’ve ever been to. Wish there was one in Houston.
