Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Kerrville

Dirty, like too dirty. Not sure if the exterior of the building has been cleaned in a decade. Ordered some slushes in the app before arriving. App says they should be finished in 5-10 minutes. Show up 10 minutes later and check in and then sit there for another 5-10 minutes before someone comes out with 2 medium drinks (ordered rt 44 and a large) and tries to give me the wrong order and looks confused when I say it's not mine. I tell her what I ordered and she says "oh we don't have that, what else do you want?" I want my 5-10 minutes waiting for an order that should have been done already to only find out you started nothing and we're just going to say who cares. I want my 2 dollar tip back. I tipped you to bring me my drinks in a timely manner. not just get to me whenever. (It was dead, not one order was taken to anyone in the 5-10 minutes I was there before someone showed up) the drink they allegedly had was wrong and the new slush I got was almost 100% liquid, very little ice something like a slush +1-2 hours. Incredibly disappointed.

Should have come out when I checked in to get a new drink order or even offered to just refund the drink I wanted and you didn't have, but you couldn't even refund the tip I don't think you earned. Instead you made me wait to update a drink that should have been ready when...

Absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to! I’ve never experienced such terrible food from a Sonic in my life. Not only is it really inconsistent but the food isn’t that great I don’t know who’s cooking but retrain them. Because on the other side of town the same food is great and it’s consistent. That whole place needs an overhaul. I ordered a large chili cheese tot on the app with mayo and ketchup and the first photo is what they brought me. They did not charge me for mayo or ketchup. There wasn’t enough there it was maybe medium sized. So I said you know what I’ll just order another one because I’m hungry. I ordered the exact same thing. Not only did they charge me for the ketchup and mayo (then to not even give me the 2 packets of mayo that they charged me for!) but the large tots were the size they should have been in the first place. There was literally twice as much in there. It doesn’t make sense. I spent almost $20 on tots and they could have just given me the amount they should have originally. Shut this place down....

All I wanted was to get my half-price drink. I waited in line 10 minutes which put me five minutes over the deadline and so decided to order something else. When I ordered what I wanted, the person got the order wrong, I corrected them and then heard absolutely nothing for five minutes. The person behind me went around me, when I went to ask what was going on, she told me she had been there for a long time and you guys had gotten her order wrong twice. I tried calling while I was there and got hung up on, then I got a manager who supposedly listened to what I said, but then abruptly handed the phone to the other "manager" with no explanation! I had to tell THAT person all over again what was going on! During that time, a kid came out with my order..,and of course it was WRONG!! I decided not to even get anything there because after all this hassle, WHY ON EARTH WOULD I?!!! They deserve to be shut down...or at least replace the incompetent morons they have working there...including...
