I went in to this place looking for some CBD for pain. The older gentleman working the register greeted me. I started to explain that I had been taking Delta 8, but that was more for relaxing. I was inquiring about a CBD product he had to help me with the pain. He replies, "Yeah, we have Delta 8." No, that is not what I was asking for. I wanted to know what CBD products you recommend for pain. He was like, "We have gummies, and edibles..." No, I did not ask you what types of products had CBD in them. I wanted to know which products you recommend. After the 4th time of asking him and he looking at me like he did not know what day of the week it was, I thanked him for his time and walked out, empty handed.

If this is the level of service you are going to provide your customers, you might want to consider getting someone else to work your store. As many Vape stores that are in Kerrville, I should have checked the reviews first before even stepping foot...

Will not use them ever again. I went in and asked for some coils not sure what exactly what I needed I asked them and was given a pack of coils I put one in and it wouldn’t work so I thought well it must be a bad coil I tried another one same thing it kept giving me a low resistance reading a quick google search I found out it was not the right coil. So I took them back. Not to get money back just to get the right ones. talked to the kid and he said oh yeah the girl that sold me these made the same mistake more than once so he got me the right ones then proceeded to charge me for them. I said man really? Are they more expensive? He said no. Then why charge me again? Then he asked for the receipt which I didn’t have. Then he said well then you have to pay for them. Pathetic!! will never go there again. I give them 2 stars because they have a nice...

I usually have a positive experience here. Today, not so much. The kid was really pushy about what delta 9 I should get. I know what works for me and the ones I was going to get compared to the ones he was pushing, aren't much different in price at all. For whatever reason after I stayed with my selection he had the nerve to mock me. I don't see the big deal. If the others are that good, then why do I have to try them right now?
