Exceptional customer service. Extremely sweet owner and staff!

I ordered a gift set from Willow Papery. This gift set contains 5 candles in tiny glass jars with glass lid. They all arrived safe and sound, and carefully (very carefully) and thoughtfully wrapped. I am very detail oriented and this is the first time I feel like I could not have done a better job myself.

Throughout the process the owner and the staff are really awesome. They gave me shipping updates with photos and tracking number promptly.

I need to mention that I ordered the same gift set from ANOTHER retailer a couple weeks before. The set was damaged in transit because they did not wrap it up well enough. I opened the box and the candles were cracked with shards of glass everywhere.

This set is rare and I was glad I found another set at Willow Papery. I was so worried the new set will be damaged in transit again so I talked to Melissa who was so patient. She listened and wrapped up my order so well it arrive in perfect condition. I will visit you guys if I ever end...

This store is the best! It’s very accessible and easy to get to! The store is so simple and yet has a very intricate and compelling theme and look! The service is out of this world. The mangers are there to help and though the store doesn’t have a huge staff they are still able to talk to you and personally help with every purchase!
