Country Cousin Store — Local services in Ketchum

I wish I could say that I had the same experience that everybody else had in this cute little store. Unfortunately that was not the case. My friend and I were on vacation and trying to find new places to go when we overheard a customer speaking with the salesperson about local hot springs. When I asked about the hot springs and said we had read a review describing the road leading to the springs as being dangerous the salesperson literally laughed in my face and mocked me! She actually walked over to the other salesperson in the room continued laughing and said yes so dangerous! The other sales person could read our faces and tried to smooth things over. I've never had someone be so visibly rude. I would not buy anything in that store even if I did like...

I had the absolute best experience when I visited. Not only were things affordable, they were priced just right, I was able to find all of the jewelery, knick-knacks and souvenirs I needed! The staff was incredibly friendly, talkative and informative. I can't wait to visit again!
