Don't shop here they don't honor an item priced by them...they should honor any priced by them but they don't or won't. Plainly put bad business.

PS. Don't bring in anything to trade they will usually offer you near next to nothing. I brought in a Well taken care of Sony wireless PS3 controller and a 3rd party PS3 controller both in great working order and I just recently replaced the battery in the Sony branded wireless controller. Sony branded wireless controllers retail between 30-40 dollars..... The other 3rd party about 25 brand new.... I waited about 1 and a half hours to find out my TOTAL offer was 8 cash or 11 in trade!!!!!! On nearly 50 dollars in retail value!!!! 8 cash was their offer!!! For both!!!! Those are worse than crack price offers. Official Sony branded PS3 wireless controllers in very good and nearly perfect working order is becoming harder to find. 8 dollars (their cash offer) is less than what the 3rd party controller cost me. It's a shame how this business only thrives on those who don't know the value of what they bring in and they say yes to these unfair cash/trade offers that are way under what they should be. They are hoping to catch those that are desperate enough to take a massive loss for their own financial gain. That's how this business and many others like it thrives. ..... Off the hard work of the desperate. Sell on Facebook marketplace or heck even scary Craigslist..... At least there you have a better chance of selling your stuff for closers to its actual value. Stay away from this place. We need to stand up and speak out against places like this ......... The richer getting richer ....poorer...

I am completely disgusted with this place but I will start out with something positive cuz I'm not here to trash people. They do have a lot of really cool stuff here and they have very decent on price books.. according to Google the same place I'm leaving this review they are a used video game store and they do have a small section I don't know if they know it or not but their prices are astronomically high and insulting and when I brought this to the attention of the employees there I got the weirdest response ever from one young man he said to me after I asked him why they priced the games above retail above eBay he said to me well we'll make the prices lower when they stop making them.. Jeremiah we're talking about original Nintendo and Atari games that they stopped making years ago so that was weird and he was visibly aggravated that I even asked.. I bought an item at the video game store directly down the street from this place for $50 they had the same item that they are charging $120 for.. I don't have the time or enough room to give too many more examples I'll give one more they had a vintage Nintendo game this Nintendo game goes for about a dollar any respectable retrograde game store they're charging $10 for it so either they don't know what they have or they're trying to take advantage of people who don't know what they're buying.. either way I will never shop here again and if you're looking for retro games stay away from...

Wow what to say about this place if I could give it an additional star I would give it an additional star. For a book, music, movie, video game and novelty item lover this place is like walking through the heavenly Elysian Fields..... This place has everything I could want and more..... I could stay in here for hours and hours and continuously finding something that I would love to have.... Each time I've been in this place I'm always dropping a decent chunk of change here.... And that's a good thing because I'm getting what I want and they're getting what they want but this place is awesome.... And the people are super friendly and not pushy..... I talked with a fine young man for probably 30 minutes in the record section discussing music and record players... Had a great time.... The only thing that I would change is at checkout is not trying to get customers to sign up for stuff when they're trying to check out and go where they need to go..... And if you're going to offer only eco-friendly bags then you should offer some free ones..... Other than that great experience no complaints and I would have gave him six stars despite those two small things as I'm checking out.....

Oh yeah one small thing the location is excellent the store atmosphere is excellent however the surrounding businesses are very busy and the traffic can be a pain...
