This experience was very upsetting to me. I wanted my three children and I to enjoy a meal together. They haven't seen their dad in a week, I work 630am-5pm and they have school of course, and have been total rock stars during this crazy week. So we took a trip to my old highschool and made our way to BW3's as a "hey kids, this is what mom use to do after practice" so we sat there for about 15 minutes before later came to our table, understandable because they were super busy. Then I ordered drinks, and waited to place my order for our first course which was going to be chicken. Since I was getting myself 10 Asian, I decided to get each of my kids 10 of their favorite flavors of piece. I said very clearly I want 10 of each. I have no idea why I was brought five of each making 20 in total. I was very disappointed I didn't even order the rest of the meal that we wanted cuz my daughter also wanted a cheeseburger and we were just going to wrap everything up and bring it home since we just got a new refrigerator and have been out of refrigerator for an entire week as well. I'm just all around even more sad leaving a place we were so excited to be at to forget about what's going on with their father, to forget about what's going on in general and just have a great night. We ended up going to Chick-fil-A and just sitting in that long line instead and ordering cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets and such. I even was nice enough to pay the bill and leave a $10 tip even though I really shouldn't have. Maybe I'll try again on a different day but tonight really set me off on a place that I pretty much spent my entire high school life in. So my successful time trying to make a memory with my kids wasn't epic fail. And is really sad too because I literally was trying to spend way more than just $14 plus...
Read moreThis location is mediocre at best. 2nd time coming to this one and will definitely be the last. We come in and it's not busy at all except the bar area because of trivia night. Our server comes and gets out drinks and we order the unlimited app deal. A good chunk of time later they come back and get our order. 1 person at our table did have a goofy order but it wasn't anything hard. He ordered one meal to eat and then asked for another one to be made after we were done and for a dessert to cone out as well. The apps come out and after a small bit so does the dessert, we tell them it wasn't supposed to come out until after the meal and they we're incredibly lost about it and still wanted to leave it at the table but it would melt.. They take it back and say they will just make another at the right time.. Then our food comes out. One person was shorted a couple wings on their plate and not even 2 minutes after, the to-go order gets brought out to the table as a standard order.. We explain to them it should have been brought out as a to-go order after we already ate so they took it back and put it in a box. The reasoning we were told is our waiter was overwhelmed because they had a 16 top table come in, but um that has absolutely NOTHING to do with an order that was placed 20+ minutes ago.. Our waiter also only came back once for a refill and we never got a refill on the unlimited app deal so that was a waste of money. The dessert also never got brought back out so that person just asked for it to be taken off the bill and to not worry about it. All these concerns were brought up to multiple people except apparently someone it mattered to but that's alright, they can get business from...
Read moreI keep trying this location thinking it will shine, but I keep being disappointed. Our server, although friendly, was virtually non-existent. The food was ok. I will make note of the jalapenos used in the Nachos. I know that those are out of a jar, but come on man....these things looked way old and tasted the same. The Bird Dawg was ok at best. The chicken piece was tough, over-breaded, and just not a good piece and the overall presentation was a leftover tender put into a smashed hotdog bun in a hurry and the slopped with sauce (in which half of it didn't make it onto the Dawg). As we looked around for servers when my wife's drink had been pry for at least 10 minutes, we noticed the majority of servers just standing around off to the side talking with other servers, and the what looked to be manager, standing on the kitchen side just talking to another server. Not many of them, when they did leave their chatting space, made eye contact until we had to run one down. This particular location is just so disappointing, and that's a shame because of its location and size. It has the potential to be a great store! Sadly, with service like what I've seen, I foresee it's imminent closure....
