Victoria bond messed up my hair so bad. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she totally changed the style. I specifically said I wanted to keep my length and she cut so much more and now my hair is way shorter than what i wanted. Everyone i showed said it was choppy and too short. My hair was all the way down my back to my bum and now it’s almost to my shoulders. Do NOT go to her and save your money. I had originally just booked for a regular $65 women’s cut and when i had came in since my hair is curly she made me change it to a specialty cut which is $100+. I gave in and let her cut it but she had been stalling for time the whole appointment telling random stories and whatnot to make me pay extra. The total ended up being over $200 when I had initially came in for just a regular cut that ended up being horrible anyways. I went back and said i did not like my cut and it was not what i asked for whatsoever, she was extremely rude and said she did the best she could and she gives no refunds and that she can’t magically put hair back on my head. She said my hair was nothing like the picture and that it was all dead basically trying to justify why she did a horrible job. I wanted a trim and layers and left with a jellyfish cut. I go here, due to my stylist having her booth here. Karen is an exceptional one, very friendly and very knowledgable. She is always up to date on her technique and services both males and females with the knowledge needed for both. Yes she also does beards, however I am letting mine get longer before she trims it again.

She features products in her booth that she learns more than a pamphlet of information on, and is very professional.

The Salon area itself is very clean and comfortable. The other booths are designed in their owners personal ways.

I like this Salon and would recommend it to anyone!
