Manager rude and condescending when I questioned the pricing on an item. Some items ( same arrangements - only different colored roses) were marked higher but there were some items that were marked lower. The ones that were marked higher had red roses in it but the lower priced ones had different color roses. My wife prefers non red roses. When I showed her the lower priced tags on the other items she snatched those price tags off those items and yelled to the cashier to " sell it to him for that". I had been doing business with this company ( this location and also on Woodman Drive) for many, many years. This is the worst encounter I have ever had with this flower shop. I'll go somewhere else for my flowers from now on. Kroger's has a florist area and cheaper prices as well. These places all get their flowers from the same...

I ordered a table centerpiece and she gave me a price and told me what it would look like. However, the next day when I picked it up it was not the correct size and she still charged me the same price. I feel she should have notified me and told me she couldn't make the arrangement or she should have made a compensation with the cost. I felt Amy, the owner was a bit put out with my complaint, because she got on the defensive and wanted to argue with me. I feel she handled this whole situation unprofessionally and I don't have to tell you I will not be bringing my business to this floral shop. I felt her attitude reflected how she handled her business and I truly felt she didn't care one way or another if I ever came back. Poor business strategy...

My husband always purchases flowers from this place and they are always beautiful but today I was really disappointed in how he was treated especially as a repeat customer. He was going to grab a tag for balloons to be blown up while holding flowers he was about to purchase and the staff immediately began screaming “EXCUSE ME” “HEY EXCUSED ME” thinking he was trying to steal! When he turned around with the cards no one apologized for embarrassing him! The woman at the Register admitted she thought he was going to run and didn’t have the decency to say sorry. Such a shame you can’t be black and buy flowers without someone thinking you are about to run out the store! They could have at least cleared it up, and he still paid for everything and left...
