When I walked in I was the only customer. The initial guy helping me was really nice. I asked if I could sub chips for the drinks on the kids meals and he said no problem. (I would not have cared if he said he couldn’t because I understand that is not only an option.) I ordered a burrito bowl and burrito and 2 kids meals. Upon checkout I told the cashier (another gentleman) that I was told I could get chips instead of a drink if that’s still possible. The lady (must have been manager or shift lead) turned around real quick and said - normally I don’t do that, I can’t do that, that’s way more money for chips and queso (kind of aggressively) I stated I only wanted chips but didn’t mind paying to which she acted aggravated and bagged the chips and said it’s fine this time. Then the cashier doesn’t ring up my bowl, I correct him that he forgot to, he puts another bowl in the bag that was not mine and forgets the cookies for the kids meals. I tell him that other bowl wasn’t mine, he takes it out and then I ask for the cookies and he puts one in. I told him we were supposed to get 2 and he runs around to find one and then throws it in the bag (literally tosses it in) and says “there you go” very nasty. It was frozen. I'm recovering from surgery, so didn't want to be on my feet any longer than I had to. Confirmation said the order would be ready in 15 minutes, so I waited 20 to leave the house. When I got there, the staff were obviously completely unaware there was an online order. Instead of apologizing for the oversight, after scrambling around confused for a minute, the person making my order said "Ah yeah it wasn't supposed to be ready until 4:15". (It was now 4:25.) That person then rushed and fumbled to messily throw my food together. I might have still overlooked it but this was the 3rd time at that location that I've had to wait for an online order placed ahead of time to be made and one of those times I was ordering for 6 people, so took the time to get all the details together ahead of time so we wouldn't hold up anyone else the line in the restaurant. That time I had to actually pull up the online order on my own phone to read it all off. Read moreOn 8/26 I placed an online order and when I arrived, I followed the instructions on the sign and sent a text to say I had arrived. After 10 minutes of watching 2 employees stand outside and smoke, I called the store and was told my food would be right out. I asked if I was wrong in sending the text and the employee told me that they don’t receive notifications of texts in the store. I asked, then why don’t you change the instructions to have people call. I said that my food had better be warm. She assured me that it had been a hot box. I got home and part of the order was missing and I asked for sauce on the side. All 3 bowls were drowning in sauce. To top it off, the food was COLD. I live approx 10 minutes away, so it should not have been cold. I have always liked this location and up until the last couple of visits I’ve had no complaints. However, it costs too much to have sub-par food. I sent an email and a Facebook message to the store and have never received a response.
