Unacceptable! On Feb 13th went in for bob cut, explained how I want it, she started cutting and bad feeling went through my head. She was done and I looked as poodle (dog), asked her to fix it and she said, I am not gonna touch those hair again, it's other haircut. What??? I never had bad haircut in my life, but that one was so bad I was embarrassed, absolutely horrible cut. Asked her again to fix it and she start walking away and her attitude was so bad, that I questioned myself how she can make money in service industry. Well she was loud too and asked me to leave, so I got pissed and did not pay her, hated to do it, but.... (BTW forgot her name, but she has blond shorter hair, wearing glasses and she is from Pennsylvania). Very bad experience and I don't recommend anyone her service, it's customer service and in our small great community honestly I can't believe we have those kind people. Where do I start 🤔 I made an appointment to get a cut and highlight after arriving to key west for a three months stay from New York I had never been to this salon and new stylist make me nervous because I have thin hair. I was expecting to pay alot for this service. I walked in for my appointment and immediately the hair stylist was shaking her head as to oh no girl I am not touching your hair.. she continued to insult me personally and refused to do my hair. I even asked for advice on what she would do if she would not highlight it and she told me she didn't want to be liable... I left crying and after a week I still am very upset at the humiliation she caused me.. this salon should be ashamed of themselves for having a woman such as her work for them.. I wouldn't even let her cut my dogs hair because of her attitude.. Isn't your job to make ur clients feel good about themselves or make them leave crying for your lack of empathy.......

I would rate a 0 if I could!! This was the worst hair salon service I've ever had in my life. They hairstylist Candon was extremely rough with my 8 year old daughter while detangling her very curly hair with a comb! He was pulling out globs of hair as he scolded her about the texture of her hair being so curly over and over again. After 30 minutes I noticed my daughter crying and I asked him if he could please just rinse her conditioner out so that we would leave, that he had scolded her long enough! He started insulting us loudly, calling her names in front of other costumers and other stylists.He did not rinse out her hair or even cut it ( thank God) but screamed out "pay the lady $35!"
