Very nice store with pricey but super cute merch but I’m not so sure about the staff/customer service. The man with long blondish hair had a passive agressive tone and made short snappy remarks after asking if I needed help. He felt the need to try and correct me on characters name that I was looking for but I was in the right section and did NOT need help anyway. People need to know when to leave others alone. If I need help I will seek assistance. It really turned me off to...

It has a decent selection of items. They have some niche, lesser known anime items. They of course have the popular ones as well. However, I'd recommend some of the other stores in the mall for anime graphic shirts, posters and other items. Box Lunch is decent, but the prices aren't exactly ideal. Not a bad...
