I will never return to this location. Management lack customer service I was basically penalized for an error on their part. I went to the location on Friday, April 2, 2021 did a return. The representative gave me a gift card for the amount of the return. I was also making a purchase I gave him back the gift card to apply the amount to my purchase. He took the gift card to apply it to my purchase however upon reaching home I realized that the amount was not applied. Which was clearly an error because I watched that young man with his exceptional customer service scanned the card however something went wrong which was clearly no fault of his nor mine. The gift card was never returned to me. I called the store on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 11:02 am, a representative who was introduced as the manager told me to take my receipts along with the items back to the store. Upon returning to the store a representative came to assist me. I explained the situation to her she then called the assistant manger after attempting to process another gift card I was asked to come back or called on Monday for a resolution. They stated that they would have to watch the camera to see where my gift card went. I explained to them that their request was an inconvenience to me. The representative got annoyed at me, her voice and tone quickly changed. Neither the assistant manager nor the representative did anything to resolve the matter. The assistant manager said he was not in Killeen and and such could not help me until Monday since the store was closed on Sunday. I used to shop at this location all the time. I usually come in and spend $200-$500 as I buy for all 4 of my kids in bulk at the same time. The last time I was here, I was followed by the fake shoplifting police as if I looked like I were going to steal. The most disturbing part about it was I was outside of the dressing room waiting for my 8 year old to try on different outfits. This man walked continuous circles around us until I finally left to checkout across the store. It was literally only me, my 8 year old daughter and my 3 year old son. I’m sure he had so many other people to choose from and harass however, this grown man decided to circle around the small section in front of the dressing room where my daughter was getting dressed. It made me very uncomfortable and livid. Not sure if it was the amount of items in my cart that seemed to be a red flag or that my skin color was melanated. Who knows? Whatever the reason, I will not be shopping there again. Like seriously a mom with 2 small kids is really gonna book it outside with a cart full of stuff and 2 kids. Get real! You guys lost a great customer . I spend thousands in that store but...

Huge, clean, well organized and carries a ton of different kinds of things! If you've been to the other Burlington in the area, this one is hands down tops. Super friendly, knowledgeable and quick staff. Being a store where tons of people filter through and touch things and pick things up, it is maintained so well that everything seems to be where it should be. I hadn't been to a Burlington since I was a kid in the mid 90s when it was Burlington Coat Factory...a friend took me about a year ago to this one and my jaw dropped - it's like a super charged version of a Ross or tjmaxx (they definitely still have coats and other clothing items). That trip I left with two carts full (I'd just moved into my house). This last trip we got a suitcase, different kinds of chocolate, a giant heavy bottomed stock pot, shoes and facial products.
