My mother gave my wife 36 years ago a ring she had designed and had made at a jewelry store when I was a kid over 50 yrs ago for my wife's wedding ring. In October we took the ring to Kay's jewelry in Selma, TX to get it resized. it was sent off and came back in December which they kept saying it didn't come in to try to hide that it was stolen. Then in Jan we got a call from the manager and found out my wife's ring, my now dead mothers ring was gone. We went to DANIEL'S i Killeen Tx to shop for my wife a new wedding ring. The manager David helped us and was very supportive after telling him of our lost wedding ring at this other jewelry store. David went out of his way to help my wife to find a ring she would like and help her to customize it to her liking. David took the ring to a jewelry to add another diamond to the ring and it was back in about a week. The service he gave us was 5 🌟. My wife's new ring can't replace my mothers ring but it atleast adds some comfort to my wife to have a wedding ring back on her finger from her husband again. Thank you David and...

A lady of name of Roxanne approached me. She was extremely nice. I was looking through items. A man of the name of Alan approached me and told me if I am not buying anything, I need to leave. He is a district manager from Houston, Texas. I don’t even know how a man could be promoted to a position without being able to spot out a client or maybe he’s mindless. This store is amazing at making you feel welcomed. I was greeted by Luz and she knew i was looking for a ring going in by the expression on my face. Going to the rings she suggested a few based on what i was looking for and nailed it better than i could've on my own. The ring she picked out for me was simple and elegant which was exactly what i was looking for. I looked at a few others, but i knew that was the ring i wanted. We had a good conversation and she was never pushy about the sale or going for more. With the buy one get one deal, i walked out with a bridal set and bracelet feeling confident that with what i paid, i came out ahead.
