I've never been good at picking out something "dressy" and I knew I'd need all the guidance I could get finding my wedding dress. Love Me Two Times was recommended by a catering company that I had spoken with so I decided to make an appointment. After filling out the bridal questionnaire, I was contacted almost immediately about the dress selection that I had added to one of the questions. The designer that had caught my eye, Justin Alexander's Adore Collection, was being displayed at a trunk show two weeks earlier than when my appointment was scheduled. I spoke with Kristen and she was so accommodating that I was rescheduled to coincide with the show. Going to the shop I had an idea in mind of what kind of dress I wanted. Kristen listened to my thoughts and pulled dresses she thought I would like.... only to find out that I didn't like them on me. She worked with me, gave me lots of suggestions, and took me in a direction I hadn't considered. Because of her guidance, and with the help and encouragement from Becky, I found the perfect dress!! I absolutely love it and could not be more thrilled with how the whole night went. Some measurements taken to get the fit just right and a little champagne toast later, I'm a very happy bride! My total for the dress and a veil came in under budget as an extra bonus! Kristen even gave some suggestions on what tux colors would look nice with our bridesmaids dress color and Becky took the time to bring in a mannequin from the front that had a specific colored suit for us (my mom and future mother-in-law) to see. My whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this shop!! Kristen was knowledgeable, friendly, patient as I figured things out, and a real pleasure to work with. Becky was just as friendly and helpful, and the whole night couldn't have...
Read moreThe owner is very rude. Last weekend, I was there to get a dress and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to bring my son who is 11 months old. He was asleep when we got there but woke up as I was trying on dresses. He was crying when some of my friends tried to hold him being that he doesn’t see them very often. When I was trying on a dress, I heard the owner ask if someone could take him outside because it was hard for her to take her measurements with a baby crying. By the way, IT WAS SNOWING THAT DAY. I had to come out the dressing room and argue with her because not only was I not understanding how reading a tape measure was a hassle and how she was being so rude to someone who’s money she was taking, but how she could look at a baby and ask someone to take him outside. Nowhere did it say that babies were not allowed, and it’s not like he was older and acting up, he is a baby who was out of his element and crying. I was half dressed in front of the store door while putting on the rest of my clothes, and holding my son because while arguing with her, he was getting more upset. I walked out of there in the snow with a short sleeve on, holding my son in a blanket, pushing the stroller, with all my belongings thrown in it because I was very close to getting myself into trouble but getting my son out was much more important. Overall, 3/10. I recommend going somewhere with much better customer service and...
Read moreI went to Love me two times boutique to find my dream wedding gown and the woman (I guess she is the owner) is not nice at all. she only cares about sales which I understand but she just don’t even care about the bride, preferences or make her happy. Is a pretty rude woman who treated us like we wasn’t able to pay even she didn’t wanted to let me try another dress just because wasn’t on our initial budget. However she realized that my mother in law to be had enough to pay for my dream dress she lied to us saying that the company (the designer) don’t work on Saturday so if we didn’t pay the dress right away we could loose it (I needed time to think because I loved two dresses) When she found out that I saw the exactly same dress in another bridal shop for a little bit of less price but most important, better customer service She started stalking my mother in law. Calling and sending her text message offering the dress way chipper. Our issue wasn’t money, my complaint was because she wasn’t nice making the experience of choosing a dress magic. While I was trying the dress on, a small dog on the shop was walking all around the dress. (Yes I said I like dogs but that doesn’t mean that I want him walking all over a beautiful dress). I ended up buying it on a different bridal shop but honestly I wish the woman were nicer because at the end I found my...
