First time and last time. My hair is a mess. Went in for a cut, color was added. The stylist had no clue how to cut my curly hair. I was concerned during but figured the reviews are great, she must know what she's doing. My cut is awful and my curls and curl pattern are destroyed. I went to a curl specialist today to have it fixed, he said it's one of the worst cuts for curls. The color is not even close to what I asked for or wanted. Will never go back. Waste of $200 and now I have to spend more to fix her mess. Maybe straight hair people have a different experience, but if you have curly hair...

Got my lashes done here. Was told it would take 4 hours and took 6.5. The salon was closing and it still wasn't done. Was told I would have to come back to finish the inside of my eyes. The person doing it said she was new and going to do her cousin's lashes for free to practice the next day.
