Giant Pizza Danielson — Restaurant in Killingly

On the 7th of August my daughter went into get our order of a repeat order that wasn’t even done right over 11 months ago in which I had gave them a bad review. Since then a-lots happened to us and our situation we both had gotten deathly ill and we had ended up in the hospital me on 7/06/25 for over 4 weeks and then in and out of the er over several days into August 2025. My daughter ended up in the UMass hospital with a heart attack at 31 years old. Then during everything our car was impounded and she was left homeless on the streets but ended up in and out of the Day Kimball hospital as well for mental health issues and heart related issues too. She at one point ended up staying with me off and on. Our services animals ended up being put into Neccog well we were going through what we were facing. The meals this time were so very very delicious and made perfectly her pasta and meat sauce was great and so was her salad and the garlic bread stillness some work extra crunchy doesn’t work for us. My chickens broccoli Alfredo pasta was so yummy and the salad I only gotten a bite out of all actually because do to me being on antibiotics that are not to be in the sun which I was for days I was sun burned really bad and the pain was so intense I could feel myself cooking in the sun no matter what I did to prevent it nothing helped me. We never got to finish our meals I ended up having to go back to the hospital for treatment and everything my daughter and our service animals we’d gotten back the Friday before hand ended up waiting for me at the library where we were at and had eaten a few bites of our meals. She passed out from exhaustion well waiting to know if I was coming back or later the next day. During this someone stole all of our meals from Giant Pizza we never got to finish. When she told me I like her was extremely upset and not pleased they stole our food well she was passed out asleep which she couldn’t even help. She has a heart condition now and has been over exerting herself just to help take care of me and our service animals often leaving herself out. So to whomever stole the brown bag of food from the library table where a young lady and a stroller with a pet carrier were passed out from exhaustion well I hope you really enjoyed those meals they were not cheap and being homeless as we still are doesn’t make it any easier for us we lost our meals and used what money was left to eat good just once this month. We were put into the budget inn for a week after I got released from the hospital and got out of the sun for the entire week then we were taken to Willimantic to a shelter for families well we wait for an apartment to get us out of it. In the meantime our service animals are in boarding until then. But to the owner I would’ve taken pictures of the meals but my health issues at that time made it impossible for me too. I would’ve added them glady. But we never even really got to get started other than a bite or two of each thing that was inside of the bags. Some time next month or the end of this month we will be ordering from you again and hopefully we can actually eat it all and enjoy it completely. And you don’t drive for Delivery to Willimantic. From the little bites of each it was so delicious we both wish we could have eaten up everything. Thank you for the best tiny taste experience we’ve ever really enjoyed. You improved a lot since the first time I ordered those two meals with extra sauce etc....

Ordered dinner online went to pick up the food where do I begin my dinner was bagged wrong the garlic bread pieces were hard as ever broke in my hand went everywhere. The salad dressing wasn't in anything but flooded the top of my chicken Alfredo dinner and the bottom of the bag was torn if the dressing was in a little cup with lid I have yet to find it. The broccoli is itty bitty can't even taste the broccoli so displeased. It was put into a cheesy foil tin with a clear plastic lid. The meal got pressed together the lid came up and mixed the salad dressing with the Alfredo sauce.The salad well no dressing to eat it with. This is my first time eating a meal from here and it's my last time too. My daughter's meal was pasta with meat sauce not meatballs her meal came in a black plastic container with a hard clear see through lid. I spent a lot of money on this meal the small French fries were about the only thing I could eat. I spent $41.00 for a meal that was extremely disappointing. In the past few days we've ate from Pizza Pizazz there slices of pizza and customer service were disappointing. We ate from New York pizza co. Spent a lot for there spaghetti and meatballs plates and those were something else. Meatballs that had no taste sauce that left you wondering where the seasonings were as well as other ingredients like onions mushrooms garlic pieces garlic bread that was missing more garlic seasoning on it. So In 3 days I've been to 3 businesses and each one I wasted money on meals from. A small piece of advice put all kinds of pasta meals to go in those black round containers they protect the meals a lot better than what mine...

If i could give 0 stars I would, but saddly 1 star is the minimum. I highly reccomend to NEVER order delivery thru this resturant. I ordered a relitively normal size order for a small family. Ordered at 740pm via online ordering. Online estimate was 70 mins which is reasonable due to Covid-19 pandemic. Called at 910pm told order was on the way from the waitress on the phone. Two hours later still no delivery. At 940pm I called and spoke to a rude assistant manager. They said driver came to address which was false. As i have been watching my window for this delivery. They said driver knocked on door, which was false. My window was wide open and is next to my front and ONLY door to my apartment. They stated they called my phone from the drivers and the stores phone. Which was also false. My phone has been next to me the entire time. No missed calls or anything. Was told food will be sent out to me again with the next driver available. Thier claim was the driver got the wrong address, which is false as i confirmed my address now two times verbally over thier phone. Finally at 955pm food arrived. Food was relatively warm despite long wait. Driver apologized for issues as he was not original driver. Will not be ordering from this place ever again. And i will NEVER reccomend this resturant to...
