Killingly municipality, misappropriated rehabilitation loan funds. Both of their building inspectors passed a project that did not meet state code requirements. Documentation was submitted. Photos were submitted, town council members Patty Larrow George, Ed Grandelski viewed the project in person and I was told there was no recourse. Why did you allow your building inspectors to pass work that does not meet code? Why did the killingly town manager, Mary Colario misappropriate funds and breach contract? Brand new bathroom install was not completed by a licensed plumber, nor did they put caulking. Front and back doors leak as they are missing sill plates, anchor screws and flashing as reported by the door manufacturer themselves, that documentation was also submitted to killingly town manager Mary Colario Who also saw the project up close in person as water was leaking through my door. She passed the project knowing it didn’t meet code, Knowing that they breached their contract By not completing certain tasks, she signed my name on the loan and paid the contractor Evan Hall from Hampton, CT Excess of $40,000 Which I am now responsible to pay back To the Connecticut Department of housing who is also well aware of the misappropriation of funds as they came and inspected the property as well.

My doors were installed through the CommunityDevelopmentBlockGrantCDBG which is a low income loan program administered by each town. The leak and have leaked since they were installed. The Town Manager Mary Colario and Project Manager Mary Bromm both saw the damage, improperly installed doors and siding. The Building inspectors saw in person and passed the actively leaking doors!!! #townofkillingly #killinglytowncouncil #Egrandelski #pattilarrowgeorge #jasonanderson all know this situation!! #marycalorio #EvanHallForCDBG of #HallEquitiesHamptonCT also dba #evanhallhamptonct #DynamicEngineeringHamptonCT #MaryCalorioKillinglyTownManager #MaryCaloriocorruptKillingly #MaryBrommKillinglyCDBGProjectManager #KillinglytownManager #CommunityDevelopmentBlockGrantCDBG paid him knowing the doors still leak!! #killinglytowncouncilKnows And yes, they were inspected and passed by #KillinglyBuildingInspectors, #TBRAGG #tbraggpassedthisbotchjob Both of them!! Ya, so this is what I'm still dealing with!! 😎

5 plus in my book wish I’d gotten the names of the 2 women who work there I had called and left a message about an hour before I got there I needed a duplicate birth record. And she looked me up and said yup you’re in the right town. She gave me a form to fill out and wha-la she had it ready before I could finish the form. Then as I was exiting I received a phone call from her associate replying to my voicemail. However I might have disappointed her when I told her I just Walked out. It was awesome to have a live person return my voice mail. Because I wasn’t sure which town I lived in at my birth so I had called Putnam town hall much earlier in the day. But they never returned my call. So big kudos to the two women of which both had me saturated with their smiling face’s, and were customer...
