They treated my ring with such care and made sure it fit perfectly and comfortably. The turnaround time was fast, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I had received a fossil watch for Christmas and it was a bit big for my wrist, I went to three places to have it sized and all three turned me away in one form or another (didn't buy it from them, they don't service them because they don't sell them, etc.) Then I went to Joseph's and they said that they would be able to! Very good place to go if you're looking to sell any old jewelry, you may have. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me yesterday, but he was very kind and honest. He gave me a very fair price for a simple gold ring I was looking to sell. A much better price than I was offered by other local buyers.
