UPDATE: after reading your response I’m positive you did not watch the camera footage because I explained it exactly how it happened. I had someone with me that witnessed the interaction! I’m not attacking you or your business but the interaction with your employee needed to be addressed. Her reaction was not acceptable. It was a very simple task to check the total of 5 items after the discounts were applied. I was not obligated to purchase anything! I chose to remove 3 items and just purchase 2 as that is what fit within my budget. She turned a very simple task into something unnecessary which resulted in me leaving empty handed. A phone call about the interaction was not necessary as this was my first time visiting the shop and I did not feel comfortable doing that…this kind of thing is what google reviews are for. Best wishes to you and your business!
Im usually not the type to leave reviews but when I am treated very poorly as a customer it won’t be left unsaid! Now…this rating doesn’t reflect on the store nor does it on the store owner! As a vintage clothing shop owner passing through the area I was excited to check out the collection of vintage clothes! There were a couple pieces I was considering getting after the lady working with blue hair offered a discount if I purchased multiple items. As I’m getting ready to leave I asked her to check the price of the 5 items after the discount. Unfortunately it didn’t work with my budget at the time so I asked her to take 3 items off! She then complained in a CURT manner that “I was making it difficult for her” which I then responded confused not understanding why that would make it difficult for her! Again in a CURT manner she responded “well it did!” I kindly responded by saying “If that makes it difficult for you then I don’t need to get any of it” and finally she responds “ok whatever!” Keep in mind this is in front of other customers and she continues to complain to the other customers as I am walking out! This kind of treatment towards customers is not tolerated...
Read moreOne of my most favorite stores of all time (and im very picky on my antique stores)! She always has great stuff to look at. And she has them reasonably priced! I always visit there whenever I am in Arizona and I have not been disappointed yet. She sells vintage clothes that are just to die for. She has a vast collection of old records. She has a good sized collection of knick knacks. She has always been so friendly and always great to talk to. It is a very clean place and you can count on the stuff that she is selling is legit. She seems to do research into the items and is very knowledgeable in all that is vintage. I HIGHLY recommend this place to visit whenever you are in downtown Kingman, or if you are even in the area of Kingman! Best antique...
Read moreI found Gracies Vintage to be a gold mine.
I was looking through vinyl records, and Leah, the owner, suggested looking through more in the back of the shop.
I only went in to look for vinyl records, which I found, and discovered that there is a plethora of anything and everything.
People came in looking around until they found the items that seemed to call their name.
Everywhere you turn is a unique scene.
As I explored the shop, It felt as one went into someone's attic and uncovered items frozen in time.
As a veteran and explorer, I highly recommend a trip to Leah's shop...
