Imperial Mercantile & Outfitters Warehouse — Local services in Kings Mountain

Arrived at the store today a little after 4:30 to make a quick purchase of a few yeti cups. We have been repeat customers of Patriot jacks, not realizing they had moved until we went to the kings mountain location, thus as to why we arrived a little after 4:30 today. Upon arrival in Shelby, they were already closed and locked up, where as the sign of the door says 6pm, and google says 5pm, both of which we arrived ahead of time. It’s very frustrating to pack up your toddler to drive 45 minutes out of town to a store that’s closed before their listing closing time...

Warning to anyone ordering with time sensitive orders. They DO NOT perform. When I say time sensitive, I mean like presents for holiday giving or putting on your shelves for sale. I am an irate customer for failing me on both accounts. My orders were in and paid for before their self imposed deadlines and I should have had my order days before Christmas and I'm still waiting after Christmas. There is no fixing their failure and I will take my business elsewhere because apparently a 3k order is not worth simply meeting...

Meh... Sells a sprinkling of all the trendy brands without sinking into the technical gear for outdoors. They can outfit you for a high school football game or to look cool at the mall, but if you're serious about outdoor pursuits this ain't it. You can walk in and say "I need a Patagonia trucker hat with a big logo and a Costa sticker for my Jeep" ... Got you covered..
