Dragonfly Wine Market — Restaurant in Shelby

I really love this place. There’s live music every weekend and the music varies from night to night. The bartenders are so friendly and get to know their customers.

I’ve heard some of the best bluegrass here and some of the best Rock N’ Roll cover bands. I’ve also listened to music from original artists that should have a contract somewhere.

Seriously, it might look like a dive bar on google, but this is a place where you can go experience some real music and a welcoming crowd.

If you’re in town, don’t pass it up.

Stop in this cute spot with local gift items and a huge selection of beer and wines. My bf said their cigar selection was very good.

You can buy any bottle and pop it in the chiller and sit in the lounge area to enjoy with a charcuterie board made with local cheeses and meats.

We were told that it’s legal to take a glass of wine outside and these nice folks will hold your bottle doling out refills when you need them.

Dragon fly is great. They have tons of wine that you've probably never tried. They also allow you to sample the wine you are considering on buying. They sell german and ale beer. Again.. many I'm positive you've never heard of. You can purchase the beer as singles and make a random 6 pack for a gift. Its definitely a place to check out and see for yourself. I've notice that in the warmer season they have live music. It's quite the little store. They do very well- very successful local, small business store....
