Placed two different orders in October for Christmas and did not receive either of them. First order: I ordered a Christmas mama and mini shirt set on October 13th for me and my little girl. I paid the same day I ordered. I reached out on December 2nd asking about this order and was told they would be done the following week. I reached out a second time on December 13th, again, asking about this order and was not responded to until December 16th. On the 16th, I was told they would ship the next day. I still had not received my order on the 22nd, and because it was a Christmas shirt set, I asked for a full refund. The page looked at my message and did not respond. That same evening, after I checked our daily mail and it still wasn’t there, I messaged again. Whoever runs their FB page claimed their child looked at the earlier message and I was not ignored. They, also, said they happened to check their pickup pile and my order was stuck in there. You would think they’d make sure my order got out since I had reached out multiple times. Second order: I bought 3 personalized necklaces that they posted “would be to them by the first week in December if not sooner.” I paid for these on October 11th. I reached out regarding these 3 necklaces on the same dates as above and was given the runaround each time, telling me “they’re in transit,” and “will ship asap with rush shipping if need be.” Only to be told on December 22nd, they believe they were scammed because tracking for the necklaces hadn’t changed in two weeks. There is still one other order from October I’m currently waiting on that I didn’t want a refund for. I will update this if that order is not received in the next day or two. 5 days later and I still have not received a refund for any of the above items. I have purchased multiple items from this boutique and yes, their turn around time is SLOW (especially considering their invoices state “3-4 week turn around time) but I have been more than patient with each order, but this latest experience is...
Read moreDo not recommend. I ordered for the first time at this boutique in early September 2021. Paid my invoice as soon as she sent it. Turn around time was 2-3 weeks. A month passes by & I still haven’t heard anything. I message their Facebook page & i’m told those are almost finished and it will be done the next week. I had my husband go by to pick up the sweatshirt as he was working in the area. He gets home & the sweatshirt is not the color I ordered, the monogram is not proportional at all, the backing of the monogram inside of the sweatshirt had not been trimmed down & the stitching on the monogram had not been trimmed. I messaged her and told her I was unhappy with the product & she said “I’m so sorry you’re not happy with it”… After brushing me off and basically saying I was stuck with the sweatshirt with no option for a refund or replacement she later on that night offers to make me another one. I told her I wasn’t asking her to do that I just wanted to let her know as a first time customer that I was unhappy with the product I received. She insisted & made me another for no charge. The next sweatshirt is great, I was very happy with it. So I decided to give it another chance & ordered a grinch Christmas sweatshirt. I went to pick it up a few weeks later. Got home to try it on & its 2 sizes too big. I try to look at the tag to see what size it is, but to my surprise the tag had been ripped out of the sweatshirt by her or someone at her store. So I have no clue what the size of it is I only know that it’s way to big for me. So now I have another sweatshirt that is just hanging in my closet because I can’t wear it. At this point I didn’t even message her about it because what’s the point? I will never order from this place again. I have had two others tell me they have had problems with this place as well.. Read moreI have ordered three times from her and her work is great, but her turn around isn’t. I ordered something on Thursday, October 28th with an estimated turn around of 2-3 weeks. On November 26th I messaged her and asked if the item was done yet because it had been 4 weeks now. She responded and said she had a page left of those items to do and would work on them after the Thanksgiving break. On November 30th she messaged me to tell me the color I wanted was out of stock and offered an alternative color she had in stock. I said that was fine. I still hadn’t heard from her by Friday, so on Friday December 3rd I messaged her at 7:30am and said “let me know when it’s ready to be picked up”. She responded at 4:30pm and said she would. It’s now Saturday, December 4th and I still haven’t heard from her. She is closed again until Tuesday. It will be nearly 6 weeks by the time she reopens next week and I still don’t know if the shirt will be done or not. It is a sweatshirt, so I would actually like to be able to wear it more than a couple times before it starts warming up again in March/April! I placed an order on Black Friday, so I’m dreading to see how long it is before I receive that item. If I can’t get my items in a timely manner then I might have to pay a little more to go...
