I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this firm has done nothing more than cost me alot of money and headache. I hired them in 2022 to handle my father's estate that took well over 2 years and cost money every time I turned around. I did everything they asked and paid every time they sent a invoice needing more money for my father's very small estate a truck and a very small house. Then I made the mistake to hire them for a trespassing case that cost 4000.00 dollars only to have trespassers still remain in my father's home. I was told that since the judge ruled in my favor their job was complete and I more less would have to hire them again to handle the writ to remove trespassers, I was not made aware that after the judge ruled i still had to allow 30 more days for the trespassers to appeal....and by the way they did appeal, another waste of money. I hired another attorney and the trespassers were evicted from property within 10 days for much less money. Move forward a year after the estate finally closed and home was sold, I made the mistake to reach out via email for a quick question and the attorney responded stating he couldn't not really help but did give a suggestion in which i truly appreciated...then I get a invoice for 29.00 dollars, and a phone call about this 29.00 dollars, I asked what was it for to be told of paper work from 2024 but she wasn't sure and would get back to me. I paid the 29.00 dollars for the email but how disheartening and it required a phone call to ask about it as well. This firm was recommended to my husband and me from 2 friends and 1 family member stating how wonderful they were. Unfortunately I have not had that experience and would not recommend them. I would not have left this review, but 29.00 email stating cannot offer legal advice...

I would urge all to visit the McIntyre Law firm to Plan documents and have needs in place as we age . They are honest , explain in detail and are patience . Their prices are fair and this month they have a coupon offer . They hold lunch seminars and you can call to reserve if you wish to learn more . We just called and worked directly . The Shelby office is the one we used , close for Lincoln County . My Husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany , who is extremely knowledgeable and kind , Madelyn who will stay in touch and help you complete documents ,and Attorney Brenton Begley who we enjoyed meeting and working with . This law office is the best for protection of your assets and will help you navigate the road ahead we all face eventually , its feels great to get things in order and enjoy the present . Received very good advice during consult and concurred that I needed additional legal documents for my protection... However, 1) was not sent draft documents before signing so I had to spend 2+ hours reviewing the documents in their office. ( I never sign anything without reading it first ) 2) No lawyer was available at the time of my signing in the office for any of my legal questions on what the wording meant, or its importance. 3) Was told that I could not leave with the documents to review at home even though I paid for them in advance. 4) Some of what I requested was missing from the original documents and had to have them reprinted. Followup: A few days later, I received a call from one of their lawyers and he made things right. They made sure all was done to my satisfaction and corrected all the above.. I must say, they do stand up behind their work, and did everything to make sure I was completely happy once they realized there were issues on how our case...
