Customer service is Great 😃, I'm not knowledgeable about the drinks , mixers etc. However I gave a description of a bottle that I was looking for ,for my husband to a gentleman , and instead of him giving me an idk or no help at all , I got a give me just a sec ma'am, and he got another associate, she listened to the description also and both of them helped me find what I needed within Abt 5 min with no aggravation especially with it being Christmas Eve. With 10+ years of customer service under my belt it was really nice to get welcoming helpful assistance. That was my first time walking in the building , I was already in Amazement because of it being well stocked , aisles zoned neatly , associates hands on , and it literally looks like an adult beverage super mall just topped it off...

On top of that the lady that works the drive thru with the bob , is hella AWESOME , very informative and friendly... That's normally the way I go to grab the grown ppl Pepsi's...

Decided to stop by and quickly became surprised to find WJD on the shelf for $87.99. Took one bottle to the register and it came up $106, I then quickly advised that the price on the shelf was $88. The employee then went and grabbed the price tag from the shelf and came back up front. He rescanned and the bottle still came up $106. He then advised that he didn’t have the authority to override the price to honor the advertised price and as soon as I left he would change the price tag. I then asked, “well then who does?” He then said “he’s not here...” I declined to purchase at the higher price and left my first visit to Brown Bag in utter disappointment. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and hilarious. The place is always clean. It does have a drive-through, but there isn't a menu or price list so it is better to know what you want ahead of time and about how much you're willing to spend, so if you do not know the specifics of the brand you want you can at least give them the type and a price point. It'll speed up the process for you, them, and the people behind you. They have a fantastic selection, I've yet to go in looking for something but find that they don't carry it.
