Marshalls — Local services in Kingsland

I am so happy to finally have a Marshall's in our city! I went 4 times within the first week open, including twice on opening day. Every time was a wonderful shopping experience, especially with it being a new business opening in Camden (we all know how crazy it gets). I went by myself once, took my baby another time, my teenagers another trip, and even went with my mom in law. Each time was very enjoyable and I never had any issues. The shelves and racks were stocked and clean every time. The staff were all so friendly and happy, despite how busy they've been every time I've visited. When my mother in law and I were having trouble deciding on whether or not we should buy something for the house we had an associate named Danielle voluntarily come over and assist us. She was extremely helpful and even showed us some really awesome features that we didn't even notice were an option! She handled everything with ease, and I could really tell she was enjoying her job! She seemed genuinely happy to be there. I can't wait to see Danielle and the rest of the employees next time I stop back by (which will definitely be soon!). Christmas is only a few weeks away and Marshalls has something for...

I just want to give this store a great review because the customer service was excellent!

I made a purchase at the store last night. We were the very last customers. Everyone was so kind and the cashier had a Fabulous 🤩 Glitter Bedazzled Shirt upcycled.

Anywho, I learned that Marshalls doesn't really carry athletic shoes. When I tried the shoes on for the purpose that I bought them, they were extremely uncomfortable! I was afraid that after a very short time I would develop blisters.

Sometime between last night and Cumberland Island my recent went missing.

The sweet team along with the manager (sorry I didn't get your names!) she was a sweet blonde hair lady with while nail polish.... We were able to retrieve the receipt and do a proper return. I honestly appreciate this so much after a very long day....walking almost 10 miles in a pair...

When I wrote down my number and name and what I was looking for up at the front, hoping that one day they might receive it. It was the viral “Martha Stewart 32 inch LED lighted ghost mirror.” I’ve been searching all around. Had luck nowhere. I was about ready to give up on looking for it because it had seemed like there was just a few that were put out on shelves in the US. But today, Carly called me and told me that they just got one in, the sought after ghost mirror was at Marshall’s in Kingsland and that she was putting my name on it already claimed up at the register. That goes above and beyond Customer Service. Carly was so nice and kind every time I came in contact with her...
