Placed an online order and waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I was acknowledged once and couldn't get anyone's attention for the rest of the 20 minutes I was waiting. I finally went inside being that I was in a rush. When I went inside I was nice and told the main cashier that I either needed my food or a refund because I was on my lunch break and really needed to go. The cashier immediately rolled her eyes and tapped who I am assuming was her manager so that she could help me. The manager came over and told me that my burrito was on the grill. I had placed my order 30-45 minutes prior to this. The manager was also a little frustrated and explained that they were super busy and they did not have a Togo person working. I explained to her that I understood but had someone acknowledged me and explained the situation I would have been way more understanding. My issue with this is that for 30 minutes total I sat in the drive thru and for 20 of the minutes I was being avoided at all costs. My other issue is that online it said my order would be ready at 12. It wasn't ready until. 12:15. Had a more accurate time been displayed online I would have just went somewhere else because I knew I did not have the time to wait. This is my third bad experience and I will...

I stopped in only because the place next door had closed. At first glance the store looked nice. However, my experience with the staff left much to be desired. There was a lot of "chaos" in who was doing what, resulting in a very confusing process for me. The person I first encountered just starred at me waiting for me to speak. I gave my best effort to tell what I wanted. Questions were lobbed at me such as What type tortilla? without any indication of what my choices are. This happened about 3 times while the person should have at this point realized I did not know the answers to her questions. It was uncomfortabe at best. Then the cashier was totally lost as to who's food was who's among myself, one person behind me and an Uber driver standing there. I eventually did get my burrito and cheese dip plus chips but it took a lot longer than necessary.

This place used to be a solid go-to for fresh food and filling portions. My last 3 visits they have been very skimpy with toppings. 2 of the times was dine in and I had to ask for more of just about everything they put on. They literally didnt even dump full spoons of rice. Tonight's visit was the worst by far, which was take out. We just got home with it and are very aggravated. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, which it came with steak so that's a positive I guess. However, there was literally 5 small pieces of steak in my entire bowl. My wife ordered the same, with chicken, except she has no meat at all in her bowl. We live a good 15 minutes away so not worth driving back....
