Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Kingsland

Really disappointed in this location. First off, I couldn't even understand what they were saying through the speaker in the drive thru then I mentioned I had an online order but they couldn't find it. Finally they did and my order was simple other than taking off onions and they totally messed up my 'dilla so I politely asked them to remake it and they looked at me like I was stupid... even though I was polite the entire time and it even specified no onions on the receipt and on the sticker that was on the order itself. And I got the new Lilo & Stitch smoothie, that is supposed to be a teal color to resemble Stitch but it's this super pale green color. Tastes good though but was still disappointed altogether. And the second 'dilla I got was somehow way spicier bc they made it with red salsa (which is what it comes with) and red peppers which wasn't in the first one they made that had onions in it and NO salsa or red peppers. I just don't get why it's so hard to read orders and make them correctly the first time but then to also treat me like I'm the bad guy for asking it to be remade the way I asked.

P.s. yall need to add more of the teal powder to make the smoothie match the color as...

I have quite literally been going to this location since it first opened its doors. I keep trying with them. I keep intentionally going back. Hoping maybe they’ll do better next time. I go through the drive through. So I don’t really have the chance to ask for my food to be remade every time I go there and pay for the overpriced food. The smoothies are fine. They are always made to par. But the food is SO BAD. It’s always either repulsive in taste. Cold when you bite into it. Or they’ll give you rotten lettuce on your flatbread. Or rotten black sweet potatoes when you order the sweet potatoes as the side. I got home and I almost threw up at how nasty these sweet potatoes were. Then I tried eating this flatbread and it has black spinach on it and it’s just plain out nasty all the way around. Highly disappointing due to the fact that I paid a lot of...

I've ordered here 3 times. I've never enjoyed a complete order. Twice before I was charged for items I never received from delivery.

Today they would've shorted me again but I chose pickup instead of delivery. I let them keep the entire order and chose somewhere else for dinner. I'm over it with being shorted every time I've tried this place.

So.... If I take nothing with me, I pay nothing? Wrong. They can't refund out. Sooooo.... I entered the dispute today with MasterCard while I was waiting for dinner to be made elsewhere.

So ridiculous but, I'm over it tropical ... Bottom line, I've ordered here 3 times and I've never enjoyed a complete order. I've been overcharged all 3 times. I work in the same shopping plaza, I'd be ordering every week... I like tropical but, I don't wanna get ripped off and overcharged...
