Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kingsland

I ordered my food online. They stated it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store in about 25 minutes. I went to the kiosk and tried to put in the code but it did not work. I looked at the screen and did not see my name on the screen. I waited, as directed by the online site for my name to show on the screen. After waiting another 20 minutes, I realized that the kiosk still was not showing my food was ready. I went to the counter and asked to rep who was supposed to be taking orders at the register but walking around with his hand behind his back doing nothing, if my food was ready. He told me one moment like if he was so busy!! Then he asked me my name, which I gave. He immediately reached over into the same kiosk that did not have my name posted and handed me my two pizzas!! They were sitting there the whole time, getting cold!! The boxes were lukewarm and when I went outside and checked the pizzas, they look dry and burnt!! There were too many people inside standing around waiting on their orders to go back inside the crowded location to wait for assistance. I opt to just take the pizzas and head home. It will definitely be a while if ever before I order from them again!! The quality of service have gone down drastically and the quality of the food is even worse!! Disappointed to...

If I could leave less I would. I ordered a half off 1 kind and half with several veggies cuz my son doesn’t like that stuff. I got home and there were veggies everywhere. I took it back and no one said anything, they just took the wrong pizza to the back and it was remade but while I was waiting you could hear the manager telling a person how they missed up and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to remake it. Note only that but you could hear them talking and they were using profanity like it was nothing. I was handed my pizza and I left. I’ve been in the restaurant field, I was a manager at a Little Caesar’s in Savannah, I would have NEVER treated my customer like I was treated. They wouldn’t have left my store unless they were 100% happy. I wasn’t expecting anything but they didn’t even apologize! That place is a disgrace to the franchise! I will not be back to...

Came in , asked what he had available to go. He said a pepperoni. Said ok. I’ll take the pepperoni. As soon as he charged me for it. Said it was for another customer waiting- right behind me??? Now I have to wait for what I thought we available when I walked up ready to pay and go.... hmmm Not sure what to think of this one.
