   Read moreWe shopped with Rich while he was at the new Chillicothe Ohio location at their Grand Opening event. I had a wonderful experience. Shopping for anything with me is a long process, I research and overthink every last detail. So I came prepared to spend a good bit of time and didnât want to tie him up from other customers. So I communicated to him my plan and asked that he just allow me to let him know when I was ready. He was phenomenal!!! He checked back often, most times having to search the entire store for me. But he hung in with me, was beyond kind and even shared his contact information with me so that the next time we are through Tennessee we can stop in Kingsport and visit. Ultimately we made our purchase of a sectional, once home we noticed 2 mistakes on the invoice (their computers went down during our sale) I called the next day and Rich immediately fixed the issue which included ordering an additional piece of the sofa at no additional cost to us. I truly expected to call in the next day, talk to a random customer service person who would tell me that since I didnât notice before signing there was nothing they could do. But nope! Rich took care of it!!! This is a first for me! I walked out on a purchase at Big Sandy about 5 months ago because of their failure to communicate and deceitful antics of tacking on additional costs.    Read moreWe started out just stopping by to browse. Cassi was immediately attentive to our needs and advised us of the lay out of the store and where to find everything we may have needed. She was a very polite and helpful sales professional. She did not hover, allowed us to browse freely and checked in with us on occasion. Then there was Rich, what an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, kind, helpful and pointed us in the direction of some real deals. And I must say, Rich smelled amazing, his cologne was subtle and professional. We got to meet the Manager, super kind and made us feel right at home. Gina wasn't part of our sales team but she was extremely sweet and inviting. Unfortunately, I can't remember the young lady who completed the sales transaction but she was so personable and easy to work with. Not to mention, she was kind and welcoming. The young gentleman in the warehouse was also very sweet and attentive. He offered to go above and beyond to make us comfortable with our purchase.
Since we furnished multiple room, all of these professionals ensured we got a great deal. I feel like we got the best bang for our buck.
All in all, our experience at Ashley of Kingsport was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this store. You won't be sorry that you see their great products, but, more importantly, you will be made to feel like family and treated with the utmost respect.
