NEW REVIEW 9/6/22 its been a while figured id give another shot . i decided to use a food delivery service, uber eats. used their promotion, saved on delivery charge, but fees were expensive. PRICES ARE MORE on a delivery service, thats how the money is made. i ordered a large plate and regular plate due to i had company. the chow mein noodles? half cooked, tasted raw, doughy almost to the chew. very dry as well. beijing beef? dried out, with hardly any beef in it. small container? HALF FILLED. i paid for that as a side item, not with the dish that was a pure rip off. the orange chicken? dry. its as if all is being either undercooked due to speed or overcooked due to personal preference of the person cooking it. portion size very small. the order of mushroom chicken had no mushrooms hardly in it. also i ordered the super greens. supposed to be i think kale, cabbage broccoli and something else. IT WAS ALL BROCCOLI! the broccoli beef? almost all broccoli. the beef u see i brought it to the top. maybe 5 slivers of beef in the total of a small scoop. i do not know if this is due to cutbacks, delivery issues or whatnot, but many are paying for the inconvenience of eating at panda express. some have good experiences, some do not care about certain aspects of eating out or delivery, some will settle for less. when i am paying over 30 for delivery for the food, do not get nearly what i ordered, and to be served all broccoli? yes there is an issue. i called uber eats to mention this. as i thought maybe there was an error, nope, the order was wrong. unfortunately with uber eats if a merchant causes the issue for any reason, uber eats is responsible to handle the misfortune. i was credited back the fees involved, which is fair, but not for the food cost itself. this is worse than the last time i had panda almost a year ago. other locations are much better in my view than the kingsport location. food seems fresher, and they will give you a little more if you ask and not treat you like a criminal visually when asking. here are pictures below of the newer panda experience. the older review was in the store for take out. staff is great, food was poor, dried out, and apparently rationed, even if paying extra for it.

I have been a fan of Panda Express for many years, and I have always been impressed with the quality of their food and the level of service that they provide. The orange chicken at Panda Express is simply amazing. The chicken is cooked to perfection, and the orange sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. I always order a large order of orange chicken, and I usually end up eating it all myself! In addition to the delicious food, the service at Panda Express is always top-notch. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always seem to be happy to help. I have never had a bad experience at Panda Express, and I always leave feeling satisfied. If you are looking for a delicious and affordable meal, I highly recommend Panda Express. The orange chicken is a must-try, and you will not be disappointed.

Bowl w/ honey sesame chicken & chow mein. $10 The portion sizes that you get for your money is absolutely atrocious. I got 6 small pieces of chicken with my bowl. That is 1 entree and a carb. When I called in to the store to ask about the servings I had received they seriously just gave a corporate spiel. Legitimately no customer service. A real if you don’t like it then please come here so I can show you on a graph that you are wrong. Also. If you tell them you are going to write a 1 star review with a picture they call you threatening. I will definitely not be coming back here. I would encourage others to spend your money somewhere they don’t rip you off on your food. Edit: please look at the other reviews with pictures and see the difference in protein.

Went in to Panda on Stone, when I walked in we were not greeted with a hello we were told we needed masks or could not be served. The mandate in Kingsport from the Mayor was except for those who could not. I have a restricted airway and can't cover my face with a wash cloth or sheets, scarf or anything. This made me feel terrible but I left with no problem. Today, my daughter went in and the exact same thing happened, no greeting, was asked if she had a mask. Understanding that we are in a mass state of crazy stuff but being made to feel unwelcomed will be something I won't forget when this is over. Sorry, Panda I am done. Makes me sad because the first Panda started in my Hometown of Glendale, Ca. We went to Freddy's next door and was greeted, not forced to wear a mask, not even asked. I am learning through all this that companies that treat me this way will never get my business again. If I could of given a zero I would of. Thanks for making me feel unwelcomed and forced against my doctor's and Mayors recommendation on not wearing a mask. Don't you think it would be easier for me to comply? My health is important to me too! I am out and so is the family. Ps wearing a mask...

Ordered two bowls to be picked up at 6pm. Got to the store at 5:55pm expecting to wait 5 minutes for my order to be ready. Instead I waited until 6:10pm as customer after customer went through the line ahead of me and got their food. One family that came in after me had time to order, sit down and eat, and left before my order was made.

I finally asked where my food was at 6:15pm and they said they would get it started. Why wasn't it started when I ordered it?? I waited another 10 minutes while they cooked the food I had ordered because they ran out of it.

Finally got my order at 6:25 and as an apology for waiting 30 minutes for my order that was placed at 5:50, they gave me "extra" chicken. I'm not sure how much the normal amount of chicken is but it really seemed like I got the normal amount. It didn't feel like I was offered anything extra to make up for waiting as long as I did...

The food was fine, but they really need to work on their mobile ordering system. Waiting 30 minutes while customers who came in after me are served is rude and...
