DEPS Security recently installed external security cameras, a new security system and remote controlled thermostats for our home.  They communicated with us on a clear and timely basis from the beginning of the proposal process, through scheduling and completion of the project.  Jonathan and Eric arrived on time and began the install after a brief discussion of the layout plan.  In fact, the day before install, I asked Jonathan if he could install the thermostats, which was not in the original proposal.  He responded quickly and brought them to the job.  The project was completed professionally with high quality.  Wiring was well hidden and they were able to use some components of our existing system, including a front door camera.  They assisted us in the phone setups and explained how to access the system and use the video, playback, temperature controls and security system.  Excellent work...

DEPS has done both alarm, camera, and Wi-Fi systems for my home. Their personnel are always professional, perform quality work, and know what they are doing. Each time they have been in my home the crews have been great to work with. The IT guys are very knowledgeable of their systems and always try to troubleshoot my problem using my computer before having to send a technician to work on the problem. This most recent problem the IT person tried and tried to troubleshoot my problems with my old computer and my computer just would not cooperate. I think it's time for a new computer! I contacted DEPS to quote the upgrade of my much outdated security system at my small business. The response with swift and the walk through was very detailed an thorough. I had multiple quotes from other vendors, and even though this one was not least expensive (not by much) I ended up going with this because of the thoroughness of their walk-through and professionalism of their response. Installation was no different. The team showed up on time when they were supposed to and got to work quickly. They knocked a complicated job very quickly and got me up and running. After the installation, they've been great about following up and ensuring that I have the support we need to utilize the software and hardware.
