Terrible experience dealing with the associate by the name of Julie. Visited the store on 9/30/25 to inquire about the plan and device cost for 3 phones. She printed a cost sheet with 3 phones listed and the price of $164 for the service for all 3 phones, helped me pick out 3 IPhone 17’s which were free for new customers. Well sat in the store for 2 hours with here trying to set up the account which she constantly had to ask for help from other associates as well as the manager . She had trouble waiving the activation fees while setting up the accounts so the manager George stated he will manually waive them in 2-3 days. This should have been my red flag warning to run! Unfortunately, I didn’t take head. Fast forward 2 weeks later I received a $279 bill with a totally different plan cost. Instead of $164 it is $194 and the charges of activation fees. (I am aware the first bill will be slightly higher due to prorated charges etc.) I called the store to speak with a manager on Saturday 10/18/25 I was told the manger will be in on Monday. I called back Monday and was told there was no manager available and to try back. So I called the very next day to receive the same response. Wednesday I called again and was told there was no manager available, George had a family emergency and there is no return date. The associate Tim stated he sent a email/note to the manager to take a look at my account and have him call me. I expressed the bill was due very soon and I would like this handled before the due date. The following day I called to speak to the manager, I was told by Angelica there was no manger there and she was the first to ask to help me look over the account. Upon looking over the account she stated that my service is $194 and that Julie gave me the price for 2 lines and if she didn’t she doesn’t know how Julie came up with $164. I stated I have printed papers from Julie as well as handwritten notes about the plan cost and devices I was receive, she then didn’t want anymore to do with me and transferred me to Julie. While talking to Julie expressing that I’ve been purposely mislead and felt she conned me, she immediately didn’t want to deal with the situation and went to get the manager “who wasn’t there”! Makes absolutely no sense. The manager Mark got on the phone irate and rude. This was my first ever speaking to him and he was upset I asked for a manager. He was not concern with anything I had to say, cut me off and said he will not tell me anything different from what I’ve already been told and simply stated I need to stop calling because I was told there is no manager on site and available. He also lied and stated that Tim told me that the activation fees were reversed on Wednesday! I tried to asked him about the $194 fee he cut me off and said if it’s still $194 next month then call him and he will take a look at it then. Who has time to allow a company to over charge them month after month and “wait and see”? Something has to be done with these companies using and abusing taking advantage of hard working patrons. Read moreI have been thinking for a while of purchasing a new cell phone. Well my teenage daughter and this wonderful young man ( Maurice Edwards) talked me into it this morning. I called US Celluar on Friday to ask about their opening times/ COVID restrictions and Maurice is the one who I spoke with. He explained everything, he told me he would be working this morning so when I come he would be the one assisting me. I told Maurice I would be there at 9:00 am SHARP. Well I was there at 8:40 and 9am the doors were opened and Maurice greeted me at the door. He greeted me with a smile!! Well lets just say his customer service was OUTSTANDING I'm walking out with TWO iPhone 12 Pro's. Maurice answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. I recommend him to everyone!!! Thank...
Read moreNot to good on helping thier own longtime use customers with switching services over to other service providers if/when a person has to leave the state and move to another/other state and that state doesn't have US Cellular carrier or tower service!! They are really selfish when it comes to this type of issue ( you would think they'd be more helpful being that there so many u.s. military people traveling in and out of different states living that does have US Cellular in certain states and cities that do it would be a great service to a veteran or a US service member if that u.s. cellular would do much better on this issue)!! I will not get back with them or use them as a phone service provider or service again until they fix this...
