I had a situation with a cartridge I paid for blowing up on me as I was smoking it. I went to the store a day later with the package and the receipt and was denied a return. This situation has left me unsettled and applaud by the way the manager handled the situation. Not only did he not taking accountability but he also did not even give me his name while I was trying to address him properly. He showed no compassion for the situation he did not look at the receipt or the package I feel like I was racially discriminated against. If you purchase something a day not even 24 hours later come back because of its malfunction in to be met in this manner is very inappropriate on professional and I do not believe this is somewhere where people should shop at. As an avid weed smoker I know that there is many of dispensaries around and I choose to spend my money here because of some of the staff with Incredible customer service. And for the manager to handle himself the way he did it makes me not everyone to shop there and I will tell everyone around me to not shop there due to the negligence and how they mishandled my situation. Read moreI went to this store on September 13th, 2020. I had never been, so wanted to try it out. I also just had a significant surgery and was looking for some 1:1 CBD. The tenders first made one mistake that required me to leave the store and make a call to clarify the product. Then when I returned from making said call they said, "oh we thought you meant joints." No, I said cartridge. So the delay was unnecessary and due to their not listening.
Skip forward to the 1:1 edible product; the tender showed me a product...stated it was his preference and I purchased it. Once home I opened the package while simultaneously noticing the package said 10:1. So I returned for a third third time due to their mistakes or confusion. I was very clear about the description of 1:1. So, I returned the product where of course they stated it was against WA State law to accept an opened product and they would offer me a discount on my next product. Really, I get a discount on their mistake? That is called a penalty. I declined after the manager asked (me) why I didn't catch their mistake.
My recommendation, (a) be more polite, and (b) do not allow your employees to use your products during working hours because clearly...

I have only been going to this establishment out of convince. It has a horrible selection and even worse costumer service led by teen age todlers that don't even know what good flower is and after today I will never be returning.
I show up and there are two bud tenders, they tell me to wait out side. I finally get to come in and now there is only one. Dude with long curly hair was helping this customer chatting it up as if no one is in line. Then the bud tender who didn't check my id andwas clearly stoned messes up on my order. I walk out look what's in my hand and then walk back in. He said , sorry we can't refund.
