I’ve tried speaking with management, I’ve tried speaking with corporate, I’ve been told “There’s nothing we can do about it.” This store has a serious bug problem. It’s been like this for several months, probably longer, that’s just how long I’ve noticed it. The dog food aisle in particular is infested. Every time we’ve bought food for our dogs here, the bag has been swarming with the same bugs that are crawling in between their aisles. The dog food is directly next to groceries and it’s a major health concern.
There’s also a prominent Odor by the eggs/milk. It’s there every time. Not sure if it’s rotten food stuck underneath the shelves? It smells like a diaper that’s been baking in the sun for six months. The store really needs to be closed for a few days so they can deep clean. Maybe bleach the whole thing from floor to ceiling. And if they can’t find a solution for the dog aisle constantly swarming with bugs, I think the people in charge need to make the executive decision to not be stocking products that “arrive on the trucks that way”. It’s gross. It carries over into other parts of the store. Being so close to food, this is a serious health hazard that is not being addressed.
If you’re looking for groceries, check Aldi down the road.
Here’s a photo of the bugs...
Read moreIf it wasn’t the employee keeping me calm, I would have overreacted. I walked in there not so long ago, it’s the closest Target to me so I can’t really go to all the other ones because they’re far. Today the Wicked line dropped, I've been waiting for it for a couple of days. I went into day, the employee was trying to search what department it was in. They got it in but didn’t put it out which I had a hard time understanding. If Target knew that the line was suppose to drop today and you been had it, why wasn’t it out ready for today. I was asked if there was anything I specifically wanted to see and I told her I just wanted to see the whole collection. She was seeing they could get it out the box, I told her nevermind I’ll just come back tomorrow I guess. They weren’t prepared, and the employee apologized and stated that the employees were suppose to take the Wicked line out the packages and have them out today but they didn’t do it. I am disappointed. Sincerely. The job...
Read moreHands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a target. Front staff doesn’t have radios to ask for help, when scanning items- they were sloppy and ended up scanning multiple items twice. Thank goodness we caught it!! Once they finally saw the errors they had no idea how to make it right. Waited for help only to be guided to customer service because they realized there was an error and needed a manager. Went to customer service and ended up having to walk around with employees showcasing the pricing being listed incorrectly in places just to get the Black Friday promo deals they had listed. Mirabel stepped in as the team lead tried to help but ultimately wasn’t helpful and then Melissa the front manager offered apologies but never figured out a way to get the $20 off coupon applied to our total. Made us feel like we were crazy trying to get the total corrected. Waste of time. Poor leadership. Disorganized and terrible...
