THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! DO NOT BOOK HERE!|Me and a friend initially booked this hotel for our stay which ended up being delayed due to Hurricane Milton. Now I understand that given the emergency status things were a bit hectic but I attempted to contact the front desk staff via phone and email multiple times prior to our visit in order to move our check-in time as our flights were delayed with the airport closure in Orlando. No one answered the phone or even acknowledged my emails and I called 3 different times on 3 different days and sent emails on those same days. This was also 2-3 days before we were set to arrive. I contacted Expedia which was who we booked through and even they were unable to reach the hotel staff. I started to become desperate and even tried to contact them via social media over instagram and facebook but no one even glanced at my messages. Because of this we were unable to move our check-in in time. When we arrived to the hotel 1 day late, the front desk staff were dismissive and there was a very long line of people waiting to be dealt with which indicated to me that this is likely not an uncommon occurance. At that time they told us that because we missed our original check-in time, they had no rooms available. I let them know that I tried to contact them multiple times DAYS before our flight even left and the response was "oh it was very busy so we didn't answer the phone". For a business in the hospitality industry to say this is extremely unprofessional. I understand that the hurricane delayed some things but that doesn't excuse this kind of behavior. When I explained that I had actually TRIED to contact them in MULTIPLE different ways they just shrugged and said "oh we were busy". When I asked about getting a refund they told me they couldn't do anything because we booked through Expedia, which I understand but they could have been a lot nicer and more accommodating. They were very dismissive and tried to brush us off as fast as possible. I recommend to everyone NEVER to book this hotel if you want a pleasant experience. The price looks enticing until you realize there are a TON of additional hotel fees that go with it and the actual hotel isn't much to look at. We didn't actually get to see any of the rooms so I can't attest to their quality but if the front desk and staff are anything to go by I'd say they aren't anything special. We ended up having to scramble to find a new hotel but it ended up working out in our favor as the hotel we ended up staying with was much nicer and even had shuttle service to the DIsney Parks. Do yourself a favor and book something along Beuna Vista drive near Disney Springs if you're going to the parks. I've been to several hotels along there previously and you end up getting a lot more for your money. Do NOT go...

Emailed in advance to advise this and was acknowledged this was okay only to arrive and be told they had no rooms. We were a party of 5 (4 adults 1 child) they finally 'found a room' to be told even booking 2 rooms and showing them our paperwork we only have 1 room on their system. We were tired from a 9.5 hour flight so took this room. We were still charged 14 days resort fee which only really covered the WIFI use. Had a broken TV on arrival and took 2 days to short.||The room slept 4 people and we had to fight the desk to accommodate my child which after 2 hours they gave them as mattress like bed to sleep on the floor! ||Asked the next day on moving some of us as booked and still was told no - we accepted the loss and made do. The room was really outdated not like the photos at all and broken/ dirty parts in there. The staff are so rude and speak Spanish to each other whilst we complain and then just shrugg their shoulders and tell us no.||The hotel pictures advertised are way out dated. The pool is hardly 5m long. The play park was one climbing frame which was not secured in the ground and the souronding swamp next to this with actual alligators in was a 2 foot walk away and easy assessable for both parties. ||We had to fight each day for clean towels, toilet rolls and to have out room cleaned. Even booking this in each 3rd day didn't happen. They allowed our door key to work one day at a time to every night coming back from the parks it was a case of queuing at reception again to unlock this. Breakfast was a sham. Some mornings it was their sausage and scrambled egg with 1 toast machine. Other days it was vegetables and scrambled egg. ||No smoking on the grounds. Fine, we walked out the main gate and used the parking lot to the right each time. Signs everywhere for $500 dollars on this and also any noise between 9pm - 9am ||Make sure you physically hand in you key on check out and get a statement of what's been charged to your rooms. One family had fines left right and centre. They say the bond takes 2 days to go back on your card.||Only plus was being close to the parks and old town but would 1000000% never return here again. Arrived home this morning and never felt happier to leave...
