Went into this store a couple of minutes ago. My sister gets clothes, and an employee with the name Zoila was super unkind. She stopped me for no reason and started to speak spanish. I asked her to explain English, and she continued to speak spanish. She doesn't speak any English and when you ask her to explain why I can't go to the dress room and see how clothes look on my sister, she continues speaking spanish in aggressive form. It's never been a problem to go with your family if you have no clothes. You can't go inside of dressing room, but it's never been a problem to stay outside of the door and wait to see how your relatives look like in new clothes. It was never a problem in other Marshall shops. Employee name Zoila was very aggressive and even can't explain anything in English. Horrible guest experience at this location. Never go to this Marshall location if you, unless you want to be screamed at trying to understand why you can't look how cloth looks like on your...

However, the checkout line at this store is consistently LONG and often wraps beyond the designated line area. Today, 3pm on a Friday, there was one cashier for the 50+ shoppers waiting to pay. 5 minutes later a second cashier appeared. Two additional cashiers were added after I spoke to the Manager. Marshalls controls, staffs and pays the storeās cashiers. Either they need to hire enough cashiers and backup cashiers to support BOTH Home Goods & Marshalls customers.
