Came into this location for the first time as a NY transplant in search of a local place where I could get a manicure pedicure for both myself and my daughter.

I had a really great relationship with my local nail salon in NY and was hoping to build a similar relationship here in FL. I can absolutely say that I have found that with Nice Nails and Hair.

I was impressed by the photos they had and wanted a nail artist who would allow me to be as creative as I wanted. Nick surprised me, not only with his hospitality and professionalism, but with the care and meticulousness he puts into his art. I showed him a picture of the design I had in mind and he exceeded all my expectations!

To make a long story even longer, he stayed open quite later just so he could finish the work without rushing since I had walked in so late. He was wonderful to talk to and you could tell he really took pride in his work.

My 6 year old daughter came in there with me for a mani pedi and they treated her like an individual, not just a little kid. They made sure to ask her questions directly and to listen to her needs. They also went above and beyond and asked her if she wanted a massage as she waited for me to finish. It wasn't free (which I wasn't expecting it to be) but the fact that they asked her just as they would an adult made her feel important and valued.

They have definitely made a loyal customer out of me! Can't wait for my next...

Beware of this salon .I would rate zero stars if I could .I tried this salon because of its great reviews.I went for a full set of normal acrylic nails in almond shape .I also went back and paid for a couple of fills .Everyone seems pretty nice but that’s just a facade for poor quality nails and below standard cleanliness.On my last set I had to remove my nails because I got fungus from contamination or from them being poorly done .It’s so upsetting because I take good care of my nails and I’ve had nails since I was 12 . So I’m not a newbie and never had this happen before .The first fills were ok but the lady doing my nails began to do a quick half worked job on the next fills.When I went for my last fill she didn’t tell me about the state of my nail and tried to convince me to get a new set .Remind you I’ve only had that set for a month .It felt like she was trying to hide her mistake and try to money grab at a loyal customer .Sorry, for my rant -I’m not normally a complainer and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt .My recommendation: go somewhere else and don’t waste your money...

Sorry but I have to give an honest review… asked for a deluxe pedicure and was given the same pedicure as the most basic package. She rushed through my pedicure and the pictures are the result. I asked for a gel pedicure which I get everywhere else, they charged and extra $20 just for gel polish… makes no sense since a bottle of gel nail polish is about half of that and gel is probably easier/quicker for them. Then came my nails, the tech did not ask me once if I liked them and was also rushed. They are all lumpy and different thicknesses. She did not paint the gel all the way to the end of the sides and it looks like I have duck nails. You can even see the tip that was glued and is coming off on my index finger. I spent over $150 to be disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope these nail techs realize we also work really hard for the money we spend with them. These nail shops should start to do the services to the same degree as they like to over charge. For the money I spent it should have been an AMAZING experience and I should have left there happy. Will not be coming...
