I have made a lot of reviews on a lot of places as any of you can see if you look at my other reviews you will find I don't really respond to bad places but this place is beyond terrible first off I was on vacation staying at the Red Lion We got hungry and decided we were going to order a Philly steak calzone We had called and the person we spoke with stated that they did have that and that they would be to our room in about 30 to 45 minutes over an hour and a half later we decided to call and they're delivery driver answered and said that they were sitting down in the lobby after we had already given them the room number. When they brought the food we were already aggravated so we were quick to just accept the food and allow the driver to leave upon opening the food we realized they didn't even send a calzone they sent a sub sandwich This is not what we ordered we paid $25 approximately for a sub sandwich We immediately called This was approximately 11:00 p.m. possibly 11:30 The manager spoke and said there was nothing he could do at that time to call back in the morning. We said okay and we decided to lay down and go to bed at 1:30 in the morning mind you somebody called And the person stated that they were the manager and that we needed to call back during the day shift This is the most dysfunctional unprofessional establishment I have ever came in contact with The very next day we called and we're told we had to call after 6:00 p.m. keep in mind at this point we're beyond frustrated and have already contacted our credit card company to get our money back but just to see how they would handle the situation we went ahead and called We were told by a woman this sounded like she was maybe 16 years old that there was nothing that they were going to do and that we were stuck with what we took and we shouldn't accepted the food when the driver delivered it. I don't know what world this pizzeria came from but I can assure you they won't be around for very long I would not trust them in any way shape or form so please save yourself the hassle and order your food from...
Read moreI was on vacation with my family staying at a resort close by. Found a flyer in our room saying we deliver. Decided to try the place out. Placed an order for delivery. Received a text saying our food was out for delivery. After about 30 minutes called the restaurant to see where our food was. Gal said it had been picked up 30 minutes ago. Informed me she would check. Was told it had been delivered. Said they would remake our order and to come in like 15 minutes. Upon arrival to place she told my son they could not remake our food. Asked if we got a credit and said we would have to replace our order and pay again. Then she informed us the pickup driver canceled the order as soon as he had picked it up. She said he stole our food....... Called my credit card company and they said there was no credit to my card. I then called back to place and demanded to speak with the manager. Left me on hold until I finally hung up the phone. We flew out the next day. Contacted my credit card company to dispute it. They said to try and reach out to a manager to get my refund. The manager I have spoke to has tried several times to get me my refund from the owner. The owner says he will not refund me...that I have to call Uber to get my refund. First off, when I called the business they did not tell me they had a company like Uber delivering my food. It should not be my responsibility to get my money back. It is his job. As a business owner myself, I would never do that to a customer. If I hire someone..... it is my responsibility to take care of it. Just want to note that the manager (Josh) tried everything to get my credit for me. The owner of this company is a snake. If I lived there, I would never eat there. He doesn't deserve my business or anyone else's for that matter!!!!!!! I have contacted my credit card company again and they will now take care of...

Not even cut. Burnt top and bottom. Looked awful who let this out of the kitchen? I feel like they overcharge and take advantage of the people passing thru this town on vacation. Please don't waste your money. I called to tell them it was awful. Asked me to text pix so I did. Called me to say we will send new pizza. I politely declined. I do not want to do business with this establishment. Asked for a refund. Guy says okay.i seen no refund on my credit card. So I texted the driver back to send me a copy of refund. He says no refund. Call shop. So I call the shop and ask for a manager. Get put on hold for quite some time. Then a guy picks up asks me what I need I say I'm on hold with the manager. He HANGS UP! I immediately called back. He says no refunds. Store credit that's our policy. I say no. I will bring the pizza back myself. Ans mind u during this I had to go spend 70 dollars at another establishment to feed 4 teenagers who were miserable and hungry after a day at disney! So I get to the shop and I'm fuming. Sign on the door says quality pizza. I'm thinking if it's so great there shouldn't be a no refund policy. Stand behind your business. Come inside ans threw the pizza on the counter and picked it up cuz it wasn't cut and flipped it over and said would you eat this????? As they both said no. After 3 HOURS!!!!!!!
