My recent visit to Home Depot left much to be desired in terms of customer service. The store was notably understaffed, and despite wandering multiple aisles in search of assistance, I couldn't find a single employee to help me. most days when i go to home depot, there is no one in there assigned area, i have to walk around and locate someone, who then walks around to find someone else to assist. employees see customers searching for items and walk right pass you, at the very least you could say, you need help locating something sir/ms, it happens sometimes and its always a refreshing experience. they seem to be very helpful at the check out, wheres that energy when customers are wandering around, wonder why that is. its super fustrating when i drive there and they dont have what your looking for, which is understandable you cant have everything. i find myself buying one item at loews and another at HD. and now employees are approaching me at the check out, helping me scan a box like I'm a 90 year old person, kicking small talk and writing there name on my receipt asking me to write a review, FOR WHAT, i didn't ask for help, i know how to scan and tap my card. what i would love from HD is simply this. "how you doing sir can i help you find something".

now for the good part, yesterday was great, everyone was on point, i needed an item and it was locked. found a gentleman who called a very helpful lady who got my item and directed me to another area to get the a battery, which was locked up as well, spoke to another lady who went and found another gentleman, barry who i remember because he was a bit condescending in his attitude, assuming i dont know how use a tool charger. i apologize i cant remember the other 3 folks who helped but never the less they helpful.
