I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Authentic Gyro & Grill restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. the restaurant's commitment to quality, efficient service, and mouthwatering flavors made it a standout choice for a quick and satisfying meal.

Once I arrived , I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. once my order is ready ,everything was packed neatly and securely. The restaurant maintained a clean and organized pickup area, which further emphasized their commitment to customer satisfaction.

This place seemed to pop up out of nowhere, my mom told me about and how good it was and I was skeptical because the checkers there before was horrible. She told me it was open late so I kept it in the back of my mind. The first time I ended up going one late I got a gyro and some lemon pepper wings with friend and I was massively, pleasantly surprised. The wings were delicious, comparable to some of my favorite wing spots, the gyro was amazing as well and they had some really good fries and they don’t hesitate to load you up with a nice portion. Since that night I’ve become a regular and stop at this place 3x a week maybe more. It’s so convenient to have a Place like this, close to home, that’s open until 3 in the morning serving all kind of variety. I also recommend the burger, it’s halal so it got a lil middle eastern flavor to it. Not to mention the customer service is absolutely top tier. Josh is always patient, personable, and willing to go above and beyond and the younger kid that works at night as well is also real cool and likeable. First off I'm only putting 1 star just to comment how bad the customer service is here for a new store they should be ashamed of themselves, i spent $55.82 on meals that came with no meat as i was traveling through florida kissimmee to be exact and I stop at my regular rest stop around midnight to eat my "Delicious greek food" that's when I noticed I had no gyro meat in not just 1 dinner tray but all missing chicken and gyro meat but was nice enough to still put the salad and rice! I immediately called to speak to a manager that next day and I spoke with a younger gentleman who was nice sounding and I explained to him what happened and $55.82 is not something to just brush off especially when I did not get what I paid for, he proceeded to apologize and said bring the receipt and they will compensate me for the trouble, I did just that when coming back through Kissimmee Florida 2 weeks later and the gentleman at the window was a different person that I spoke to on the phone he was pretty much insinuating I was lying so he called the manager and pretty much long story short I was screwed out my money and food !
