I was celebrating my 21st birthday in Orlando, and I wanted a custom cake. They were responsive; however, when I had gotten there to pick up the cake, I was sent on a chase from the restaurant to the bakery, told the restaurant had the cake, but then told to go back to the bakery. I told them I had just come from there, and then it took 10 minutes to confirm they actually did have the cake at the bakery.
