What an adorable little Walmart! I had never been to one of these types of Walmart (neighborhood market), in fact I didn’t even know they existed. I had an issue trying to do an online return at another store (one of the bigger ones), and Customer service on the app recommended I try another store because he saw no reason why they couldn’t take the return (all was correct on my end). I was actually prepared to “fight” about this return if I had another issue, but there was not so much as a speed bump. I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service representative and how friendly and efficient she was that I ended up staying to do some shopping too. This place is very busy because there is a neighborhood Walmart there. Also, there is a big Humana that helps people on the corner. There is also a huge uniform store where parents can buy the uniforms for their kids there. There is also a Chinese food place but I have never eaten there so I don't know how the food is. There is a nail place there and they are okay. There is a shoe store there called Shoe Land which is fantastic!!! Every Woman I would totally love this place because it has beautiful shoes at a very enjoyable price and handbags that match the shoes. Men would enjoy it too since they have tennis shoes there. Had an awful experience. No sanitizer, No paper towels and a greeter sitting down doing absolutely NOTHING. Luna could of cared less as I pleaded with her to get me paper towels. I have a compromised immune system an forgot my sanitizer. Even inside the store all station were out of sanitizer except the exit. Reported to Manager Luz who didn't seemed concerned but handed me gloves fit for a child. Totally unacceptable! And they wonder why we are getting sicker, this is why.
