We went today for the very first time. The store looked closed, so we went thru the drive-thru. The guy got our order, just 2 small cups, 1 small sunday and a 1 slushie. It took over 8 minutes to prepare. The guy was working with a colleque, but she was busy talking to a friend or so. When we finally received the order, 1 of the cups was fully filled the other one was just half filled. The sunday wasn't filled up either. We stepped out of the car, to sit out on the terrace. The female employee, still talking to her friend, looked very irritated when we sat down. After our icecreams, I had to knock on the closed window to ask for some extra napkins, because our son spilled some icecream on the table and himself. Again very annoyed. At last we wanted to make a photo in front, because we are on holiday, so you make picture with massive icecreams. Our oldest stood in front, but called our youngest. He just knocked on the counter. Like little kids do. The window flew open. The lady almost screamed to our son: what now? What do you want. That is NOT the way to talk to people... especially not to paying customers... we will definately not come back to this branche shop... Update: Filled out the form on the website as requested. Unfortunately no reply. Since we are leaving The US in 4 days, it is really sad that they haven't got back to us. Still no Twistee Treat for us the last...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen going here since they opened with my family bc i live near by. I can tell you that the first months service was amazing. Idk whats going on now but all i can say is that its no good. I came today with my cousin at about 10:15pm-10:20pm had no idea at what time they closed sundays but saw prople sitting outside eating their ice cream, there was a girl standing to which looked like she was ordering. A young guy from inside (who worked there) came outside to take the umbrellas and a young girl from inside started closing the curtains so i asked, are you guys closing or can we still order? He said no we're closed. But then, a group of 4 came and he told them they had 5min to order. I was already walking towards my car when i heard him say that and i turned around and asked him if he was serious? And so then he told us we had 5min and i just decided to leave.
Im not sure whats going on here but i guess good things dont always stay the same. Really think they need to work on their inconsistencies and stick to following a schedule regardless if it 10min from closing.
This really made me pretty upset bc my cousin was craving twistee treat (we all know how pregnant girls are)

Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame with my bf, and my family last night to enjoy a nice family dessert outing, the girl at the drive thru window Dany was honestly so complicated, we yelled out our order into the intercom 4 times but she kept saying HUH, WHAT, she had us pull up to the window, we repeated our 3 orders loudly for her to hear but idk if she was just slow or high but she kept saying huh repeatedly, we tried adding some fudge caramel to my banana split, we said we know you guys charge more for it, she said you need to take something out to add it, she charged me anyways for it, we ordered a milkshake, which didnāt come out as a milkshake just a little kid ice cream but charged me 9 bucks for it? The girl literally made the whole ordering as complicated as possible, we only ordered 3 items, that took about 15 minutes to order cause this girl was not retaining the information or thought it was funny. After the order came out everything was melted and WRONG, the girl at the window who was extremely nice took the banana split back to give us a new one but gave us the same one back and asked if we wanted more whip cream, the whole container was melted, what is more whip cream going to do, even getting my refund was complicated. I truly didnāt know ordering 3 items would be impossible and complicated...
